We placed an online order, which they confirmed and accepted payment for. Upon delivery, half of our order was missing, with the receipt saying it wasn't in stock. We were never contacted about this or possible substitutions, and even after driving to the restaurant ourselves they refused to refund the money for our missing items. Don't waste your money on delivery here

Went to the drive through this evening. First time (and likely last) visiting a Swiss Chalet/Harvey's in many years. Thought I'd try it as a healthier fast food alternative. First off, price was a bit of sticker shock. Over 17.00 for a club chicken wrap. Asked what was in it. First employee at window wasn't sure, second one was. I asked if the sandwich was pre -assembled or if they make it to order. Told it's made to order so I asked if I could swap out swiss cheese for other cheese. Told no, this was the recipe and they weren't allowed to modify. Was expecting Harvey's style of build your own so that was a surprise too..I understand in a 5 star restaurant the chef balances flavours to perfection but a drive through wrap??? She helpfully offered to hold the swiss and give (sell) not sure which, a slice of cheddar on the side. I said sure, thank you. Got to the window, received a big box in a big bag. Inside was the wrap with a slice of american cheese (not cheese) wrapped in paper. Drove away - fumbled in the dark to open it as I was a rookie with this packaging. 5 or so minutes down the road, took my first bite expecting great things...ugh...the wrap itself had sear marks and was warm. The chicken inside was stone cold - not even slightly warmed. Ended up waiting to get home to heat the sandwich. Checked before I left this review to see if the sandwich was indeed supposed to be hot...it is, and it was not. Giant let down (one note, post heating), the flavour is fine but it will definitely be a very long time before I'll try this chain again.

Amazing for 22.00, I got a quater chicken Thanksgiving dinner with white meat, ready for pick up, in a timely manner. The chicken was juicy, with chicken sauce, the creamy mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked, tasty gravy, stuffing was simple, but flavoured well, the cranberry sauce, and the white bun was very fresh, and soft, with butter on the side, for dessert the pumkin pie was sweet, and very fresh. I’m not a big eater, had enough leftover for another meal.

Got the two can dine deluxe deal, and to say I was disappointed would still be an understatement! My husbands mash potatoes were ice cold, food was not hot at all, our pie was ice cold aswell and it was apple pie so expecting it to be hot! I will not be getting Swiss chalet from this location ever again! They should just stick to being a Harvey’s cause it’s always fresh and cheaper!

For the past few week the burgers are stale and today the ribs smelled like it was last weeks.. they brought my plate without a tray when my kids finished their meals. Why do all good places go to st when they hire students to save on wages???

It's disappointing to have a local business have so many customers unhappy. Perhaps a change in staff and training should take place.

Mediocre at best. The typical Swiss chalet experience of being a sit down restaurant does not exist here. No printed menus, hard to tell what was actually on the menu board, self serve fountain drinks, wet tables, no condiments, and a cashier that was hard to understand and hear who had no idea about the ultimate dining card loyalty points cards. Along with food that was brought in only about 5 to 10 minutes together with forgetting to provide the cups for the aforementioned fountain drinks. What’s more it looks like the Swiss chalet food and Harvey’s food are being prepared in the same kitchen. While I don’t know for certain exactly what’s going on back there having roast chicken and raw hamburger in the cooking area is a big no-no. Can’t say I’d recommend this location and definitely won’t the in hurry to come back.

Parking: Around the side and front of the building. Not much overall.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking by the entrance and automatic door buttons. Same as usual, nothing fancy.

No caramel sauce for apple pie when it’s advertised with it, then order 1/4 dark with fries and get Swiss Chalet Chicken with HARVEY’S fries. They should not be charging what they are charging if they are going to provide a different brands side with meal. 1st and last time.
