No caramel sauce for apple pie when it’s advertised with it, then order 1/4 dark with fries and get Swiss Chalet Chicken with HARVEY’S fries. They should not be charging what they are charging if they are going to provide a different brands side with meal. 1st and last time.

So difficult to decide if we want to eat at Harvey's or Swiss Chalet! Lol! The food in both places at this location is always excellent! People like Autumn make our visits memorable and fun. I have two boys on the autism spectrum, severe, and they love her and her wonderful energy. She is friendly and kind, but also professional and efficient in her work. If they are busy/ short staffed/ all of the above, she can move like the wind! lol. She never loses her kind and sincere smile, no matter how busy they are, and you will never know if she's having a bad day, as she is always a smiling, happy face to look forward to. ?☺️❤️??

Beware of ClerkShe redeemed my scene points without out my concent 70$ worth and I had no intention to use my points all I wanted was to collect.Very disappointed at this location!!!A Free Appetizer ain't gonna fix this....This location is notorious for missing Food items and Condiments.Would not Recommend coming here!

Ordered dinner through drive through. Ordered the festive special, get home and no festive special, just chicken with fries. Whatever, I ate it. 3 hours later, I start having massive stomach pains, puke my guts out later, I clearly got food poising from the chicken. Never again will I eat at this restaurant.

Somewhat disappointed at the indifferent counter service that I received considering the $24 cost of 2 hot dogs, a perogies order and a bottle of water. Recipe should put a big drive on hiring motivated young people. They exist, just not on this visit unfortunately.

We were very disappointed with the food. We both ordered the classic quarter chicken dinner but it was the size of a quarter pigeon. The skin was beyond salty and the potatoes tasted like powdered potatoes. For what we spent we left very unsatisfied and won't be back. Certainly not the way it used to be. Goodbye Swiss Chalet.

Great service from the time you walked in a smiling face every step of the way they kept checking to see if we're had everything we needed to make our experience as Swiss Chalet memorable.The food was hot and fresh and very delicious. completed the order with a nice smile.
