Krish is one of the happiest person I’ve met. He is always smiling, very polite, knows my order and if I forget something he reminds me 😂😂. He is truly a very pleasant person. Tim Horton’s has a gem on their hands.

This location is brutal for service. $10 for a low quality breakfast. They cant even figure out how to butter the bagel it’s served on, or put a couple freaking napkins in the bag!

Service can be absolutely terrible and its all because of the speed. There is no sense of urgency in the resturant. I've showed up 4 days in a row and waited in line for 20+ minutes. Everyone on counter was just standing around talking. It took a girl to point out that the line hasn't moved in 15 minutes for them to start taking orders again. This used to he a good branch but id say the last month the service is extremly slow wether its dine in, take out or drive thru. Need some serious improvement

By far the worst restaurant in angus. If you order a stack supreme you get 4little pieces of steak. Stores always dirty and very slow. Today i threw my sandwich out it was that poorly made. I will never step foot in a tim hortons again. Horrible how bad the store has gotten

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, there's never toilet paper or handsoap. Toilet paper all over the floor. Floors never mopped or sweeped. Toilet never cleaned. Lobby is dirty too , garbages over flowing, floors dirty. Won't be back

Staff is an amazing need more work on front cash seems like everybody's in the Drive-Thru and only one person's on the front cash which makes it very slow when you go in. But other than that the staff is amazing. Keep up the good work

The absolute most bottom barrel service @2pm today (Sunday October 19th) @ the drive through. If u hate ur job quit. The disgusting attitude and even rolling of the eyes for NO reason is insane. Do better during the hiring process. This was a pathetic interaction. Customer service 0/10.
