Bought breakfast before taking my girlfriend home and every time I stop by this tims. The workers are super nice and patient and own up to mistakes quickly when forgetting parts of orders. Fast service as well its just a tim hortons with good staff.

Love this Tims honestly, my mornings are always hectic but I can rest assured that these guys always deliver my particular order perfectly... and with a smile! They were quite busy this morning but still had my order ready in a couple of minutes. Wonderful start to my day! Thanks, see you tomorrow!

How is this tim Hortons so bad? I'm not exaggerating that every other time I come through the drive through they give me the wrong order and I have to come back. I order oat milk and always get a random drink with cow milk?!?!

Slowest toms inn Ontario ..and ignorant night time staff all stand around and talk inn different language and don't serve the customers inn store feel bad for the old lady who has to work with those losers ..if you like waiting for hours for anything go there ..will they all stand around and do nothing worst tins inn ontario

Worst Tim Hortons ever , I had an appointment in the morning like at 10 so I went in around 938 to grab because it’s close by to my appointment asked for a vanilla latte the guy handed me a cold drink wasn’t even hot. It’s like they gave me someone else’s order that was sitting there for hours I was in the drive thru n I was getting late for my appointment but like come on . It’s a simple darn coffee like hello how hard can it be to make a vanilla latte. Super upset cus if you don’t wanna work don’t go somewhere else also the person who handed me the coffee couldn’t even look at me or even say have a good day even after I said have a good day. Where are your manners . He was just rude and brushed me Off like Leave type of attitude.

Asked for decaf small gave me caffeine one puposely I asked a guy are you sure that it is decaf he said yes. Which was lie. They are removing reviews as well. After reviewing they reply you with stupid message. Not safe
This location never gets any order right, even down to a simple 2 milk 2 sugar tea. I’ve tired to give the benefit of the doubt countless of time - service is trash from everyone in angus CLOSE THIS LOCATION.

Dont bother ordering mobile just go to the drive thru, mobile order seems like it goes into a black hole and nobody knows how to read a screen there so you wait 15 minutes past your mobile order, you ask them where it is, they ask you for your name, number and what you ordered so sounds like there really is no point of a mobile order. Sorry for the rant.

How can u not see a customer standing waiting to be served while ur just starting at the window and not even notice a customer is standing there waiting , I had that yesterday young tall fella just starting at the window and doesn’t see me standing waiting to be looked after , I ordered a 12 grain bagel and they gave me a plain bagel u can’t tell the difference between those two.

Lots of staff behind the counter but no one willing to serve us. All staff unpleasant- more anxious to serve the drive through traffic needs a real staff shakeup. First Tim's we've been to deserving such a negative review!
