I went to tim to get 2 drinks and I got my food but then they gave me my tray for my drinks to take out they pinch my tray and then I went out to leave to take it home most of my ice cap fell on my leg and on the ground outside

Drive thru rushed me wouldn't allow me to speak talked over me gave me the wrong drink and refused me a cup to give my 3 month old puppy water with. The temperature was 38.0°c and he was foaming and passing out. Forever going forward I boycott Tim Hortons. I will get my coffee elsewhere. DISGUSTING!!!

Came in for breakfast this morning, and I had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and polite when greeting me and taking my order. I got a coffee and a breakfast wrap and it was amazing ! Coffee was hot, and the breakfast wrap was delicious. The store was clean, food was great, and staff were perfect! The other customers looked to be enjoying their meals as well! Thanks, Tim Hortons, Angus!

Not a fan of this location because they seem to never get my order correct. Giving it a 2 star as I have gotten my order correct a couple times. The service is on and off. Sometimes you get friendly customer service, sometimes not. The drive through also has many pot holes. I do avoid this Tim Hortons.
Slow service, and my order is wrong 80% of the time. Then given attitude by staff when you go back to get the right order.

I had a really frustrating experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru today. The staff didn’t understand my order, and instead of politely asking me to repeat it, one of them responded rudely and told me “You need to explain properly.” I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, not attitude. I was speaking clearly and calmly, and there was no reason for that kind of response. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable,I hope the team can be better trained to handle customer requests more carefully in the future. To make things worse, they gave me my drink in a cup that was leaking and dirty. The lid wasn’t closed properly, and the cup had coffee spilled on the sides. It looked like they didn’t even bother to wipe it or check before handing it to me.I’m not trying to be rude… But be careful

Bought breakfast before taking my girlfriend home and every time I stop by this tims. The workers are super nice and patient and own up to mistakes quickly when forgetting parts of orders. Fast service as well its just a tim hortons with good staff.
