2 coffee and one black tea, 2 savory and 2 cheese stix ordered, paid at window and then told no cheese stix, asked you want your money back or something else, asked for one more savory and 1 apple fritter, no return of any cash. Savorys not heated and given 2 DD when I ordered 2 DC only. Had to park, go in and get proper coffee. Total disaster in order. Won't return to Roth street.
Excellent customer service experience. Atmosphere is great.

Nothing extraordinary or out of this world about this particular location. Sometimes the drive thru is backed up to the street. I find it better to go to another location at that point or you'll wait 30 minutes
