Typical fastfood outlet, with one major flaw: we were there around supper time and there was only one person working cash register, serving both drive through and in store customers, leaving dissatisfied customers waiting a long time to be served, some left before being served. Probably just a scheduling snafu, didn't seem to have a manager there at the time, but it left the store looking bad.

I've been too many fast foods restaurants, this has to be the dirtiest washrooms I have ever seen...Disgusting to say the least... I have been there twice on different occasions and will not go back because of how dirty the washrooms are...Luckily there are lots of other options

The food was fresh but they definitely need more staff. Waited way to long for a burger and rings and they forgot our root beer. Priority was Def the drive thru. Amd the poor kid there wasn't sure if he should be working the working the front or the drive thru.

My adult son ordered on the A&W app and the order was sent and the money was taken out of his account. When he arrived at the store he was told they did not have his order. He showed them the order receipt and his bank account and he was told NO. I had to go in and tell them their customer service was awful and after several minutes of arguing he got his food. Since the opening of this store I have given them many chances to improve their service. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know to not go there. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Love the food. Staff very polite. This visit was good. We were 3 minutes early before opening. Bathrooms needed good cleaning, paper on floor and not sweep. Sat at a table that was dirty and moved to another. Asked staff3 to wipe table nothing was done. We were first customers in bethel it opened. Floor was also dirty could see footprints. Only good thing was food.

It's always a good experience here. Staff are very polite and always smiling! Food is cooked to order, I feel, because it's always hot and fresh tasting. The only downfall is their breakfast. The breakfast itself is delicious, but the hours are no good for the ones that work before 9. I'd like to see them open for 7 at least. My breakfast money could go to them, but due to my work hours, I am stuck giving it to other companies. Besides that, 2 thumbs up!

Was there tonight just before 9pm and didn’t realize they were closing but the guy serving us in drive thru was that sweetest kindest person!
I’m on the carnivore diet and went through drive thru. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Went when it wasn't busy and asked for a single item to be removed from the sandwich but it was left on. The fries and onion rings are consistently pretty good but the chicken patty I got was the worst I've ever received anywhere. The chicken used to be good but I haven't been to A&W for a couple years, it's a joke now, lower quality than the worst grocery store freezer selection. And the photo is not a Jr. Patty or something like that, this is their full sized patty for the BLT. For 10 dollars it's a spit in the face lmao
