Went when it wasn't busy and asked for a single item to be removed from the sandwich but it was left on. The fries and onion rings are consistently pretty good but the chicken patty I got was the worst I've ever received anywhere. The chicken used to be good but I haven't been to A&W for a couple years, it's a joke now, lower quality than the worst grocery store freezer selection. And the photo is not a Jr. Patty or something like that, this is their full sized patty for the BLT. For 10 dollars it's a spit in the face lmao

As usual, the hamburgers were amazing. I placed my order and somehow got one extra onion ring and one extra drink despite being very clear about my order. Much more money than we anticipated but we just consumed it all just the same.

I can only give one star at this point because I’ve been waiting 10 minutes to order, in the drive through, there is no line up… one car at the window waiting for their food while I sit at the orange order box. Can’t back out cause there’s cars behind me! Do better Arnprior A&W ! This is not how to efficiently run a quick service restaurant!

Horrible washrooms they had not cleaned it up , coffee is pathetic, I had to call them to take our order , they were chatting and giggling about guys in the back . Meat was chewy and old
I've started getting my coffee here, honestly the last place you'd think to get good coffee. It's refreshing how much of an improvement it is from tim hortons. Iced latte or hot and the cold brew vanilla cream coffee are all so delicious. It can be expensive, on par with Starbucks but Tim's is just not it anymore.

We ordered 2 Beyond Meat Burgers, they were great. Poorly built, but everything was fresh and the burger was cooked well. We went through the drivethrough and didn’t wait very long. Maybe 6-7minutes.
