Has anyone else seen a big fall in the food at chicken palace?
Just got two shawarmas that were extremely burnt and dry. Barely had any sauce on them. They were also labelled incorrectly.
The chicken wings look like they were made last night and reheated when I placed the order this afternoon.

Their portions are very generous, great pricing & the staff/owners are such amazing people. A great addition to our town!! 100/10 recommend, you won’t be disappointed or hungry!

UPDATE SETEMBER 19 2025 ...... Purchased the 6 Pc. Chicken Dinner. I rate this 2/5. The fries were lukewarm dark, & greasy. They were overcooked. The chicken pieces were also dark and greasy. I do NOT recommend Chicken Palace to any/everyone looking for a very enjoyable meal, no matter what the product. This is the second time that we have ordered, paid for and received very bad quality chicken dinners. This was a delivery order. It was ordered at 4:50 and was NOT delivered until 5:40. In my opinion this is NOT right. Substandard food delivered late to a customer. NOT GOOD. Goodbye Chicken Palace, we are done with You.

Nothing like ordering some chicken on one of the hottest days of this year. Got there with a few minutes to spare before my food was done the man working was in good spirits and had a positive attitude. We chatted a bit and he thanked me for my order in which I told him love both locations and appreciate his hard work for my food preparation.
Went to one location, their online service didn't have my order at the correct location, was redirected to the other location. Upon arrival and driving there, they didn't have my order either so I left. When I got back, they emailed me to let me know that my order would now be made... wasted time and effort, and still no meal. Can't review the food, but the experience was unpleasant to say the least

We ordered the family platter and poutines for our family tonight ll. Everything was sooo good, we are beyond pleased with the presentation. The salad was fresh and crunchy. The chicken and potatoes with the garlic sauce and hummus was a wonderful explosion of wonderful flavors. My kids love the pita chips too. We will definitely support this business and appreciate some diversity in Arnprior. This is a great healthy option for family dinner.
