Just a heads up, the employees working the drive through window do not understand that they are handing ice cream to people in cars.
Ask for a lid, you say? They will forget about it by the time you get to the pickup window. Every. Time.
So maybe ask at the pickup window, politely, if they can put a lid on the blizzard or sundae or whatever. Then watch them try to jam a lid onto an overfilled cup, and hand over a dessert container that’s now covered (on the outside of the container, no less) in melted ice cream.
Honestly, if the concept of handing over a container that isn’t going to immediately cover the customer in ice cream is too difficult to grasp, maybe they should consider a different job.
I’ve gotten more ice cream on my hands and in my car than in my mouth on the last few visits. Do better, Dairy Queen, please. Your product is great, but your service is atrocious.

I love this DQ by far my favourite one I’ve had. I live in the city of Toronto and this spot is by far the best. I will continue to drive 4.5 hours everytime I want my blizzard done right. This place will Only ever get my business not any other place in town.
The girl with the red hair has always been super sweet and kind. Also my favourite employee here. Makes my day everytime I see her :)

I understand why this place closes half the year. So rude to the customer in front of me. Then her "large" fries were half empty after being talked down to by the older short lady that worked tonight. THENNNNN... we get the same meals always we have dq weekly across the valleys and they just messed everything up. Made a deal about our blizzards and we asked for them after our meal. The short angry older lady made mine.... I got a melted blizzard. Returned it... excuse of being busy was given... WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE PLACE. The lady infant of us left upset and confused and disgusted. So did our family. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Staff were friendly. I usually get a small hot fudge sundae. One time out of three it’s not hot fudge but a very thin hersheys type syrup, like today. These are a special treat because of the price, it would be good to have better consistency.

A few days ago, We visited your establishment and we really enjoyed our time there. However, we were disappointed with the lack of politeness from the staff. On two occasions, we experienced rude behavior from the female employees, including slamming the window without saying "good night" or "thank you." Despite this, we do appreciate your product and plan to return, but we hope that the service and the attitude of the staff will improve in the future.
