Seriously awful if I could leave zero stars, I would the food was fine, definitely not made with love. The service was absolutely awful. I asked for sauces at the speaker box. They charged me for it said sauces, when I got my food and didn’t have the sauces I asked at the window for them. The Asian lady with glasses serving me, rolled her eyes and closed the window when she came back she handed me one McChicken sauce I laughed and said fine. Can I have a barbeque sauce as well? She then closed the window a second time without a word. When she came back, she handed to me. I told her to have a nice night. And she slammed the window and turned her back to me.(not a word back) this location has the worst customer service in this entire town if you can avoid it, please do.

absolutely worst location it's either no straws or sauce almost every time, the people who work there you can barely understand most the time. complain about the wage prices but can't even do a simple task like put sauce in a bag. when ordering a kids meal that requires sauce it isn't that hard to put it in the little box.

On January 8, 2026, around 2:30 PM, my friend and I were sitting inside drinking coffee. While we were sitting quietly, an employee, whose name I believe was Queen or Quinn, pointed at us with a negative expression, appearing to question why we were there. When she noticed I saw her, she seemed embarrassed. We were not being disruptive and had purchased coffee, but the behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe this employee could benefit from additional customer service training. Other than this issue, our experience at this location has generally been okay.

On January 8, 2026, at approximately 2:30 PM, my friend Danny and I were sitting in the McDonald's waiting area, taking a break and drinking coffee. A female employee was cleaning the nearby tables and floor.
While I was looking down at my phone , I suddenly noticed another employee named Quinn or Queen. She looked at the cleaner, pointed directly at us with a nasty expression, and just as she did so, I looked up and made eye contact. She appeared to be trying to indicate to the cleaner why we were sitting there. I looked at her so quickly that she was unable to hide her expression. She realized I had seen her reaction toward us, and I could see she was visibly embarrassed and guilty.
I am writing this review because, on a separate occasion, I also witnessed her yelling at a customer. That customer was complaining about not being served, as they had been waiting longer than usual. My friend Danny and I do not appreciate this unprofessional behavior. We believe she requires retraining in customer service.

This is the only location that doesn't disappoint me. Im from Kanata and the majority of them are horrible. Taste old, fries, nuggets, nasty. This place is so much better, good service and hot fresh tasting food for what i5 is.

No more refills. Don't worry you can get them at most other McDonald's though, but that's the policy here. As if being nickled and dimed everywhere wasn't enough already. The lighting in here also feels like it was designed with a prison in mind. Intrusively bright and overwhelming.

Went through drive thru tonight with my daughter. I ordered a cheeseburger, small fry, McDouble and medium fry. That’s it. Nobody else in drive thru. They gave me the bag after paying with one burger and two fries. Told them they forgot the burger. Lady said the receipt doesn’t say it. I did say it.Had to pay for burger I asked for already, then was parked with no apologies. Then when the lady passed it to me she says “here’s your “add on” cheeseburger” I’m sorry what?! No. Not an add on at all. Just wasn’t dealt with professionally at all.

Trash service. Charged for items they did not have. Drive thru had to drive back for refund complete waste of time and management was not helpful at all. Stay away at all costs.
Been getting my coffee at McDonald’s for years 2 cream and 2 honey. Today they decided they’re going to charge for the honey. I argued with the manager for a few minutes, telling him honey has always been free if you ask for it with your coffee. He didn’t agree and told me I have to pay for it.
