Worst pizza i’ve ever tasted.. no taste at all.. even the person (CSR) didn’t even know how to handle the customers at all.. Will never come back here….jalapeños were too much and the other veggies very too few.. it was visible that they dont have any measurements to put toppings🤮

Worst customer service ever received from any restaurant. They serve food which was seating in store for more than couple hours. On my garlic cheese finger, they just put some extra cheese and put it on over for few mins. It was clearly visible that it was not freshly made. Shared my concern with Manager but he just did not care and refused to make another one (I left that stale garlic bread at store and left). Will never go back to this place again.

JR always goes above and beyond for us. He takes the utmost care when making our gluten free pizzas.
Dietary restrictions: The kitchen has a dedicated area for making gluten free pizzas if it is for someone with celiac disease. You just need to tell them and ensure they let the cooking staff know. They take special care by using clean tools and toppings that have not been used for gluten pizzas.

We love pp-and ordered dinner for tonight! Wings, chicken sandwhich, poppers, panzerotti! Seems like they have implemented a new flavor enhancing practice for their panzerottis- i always get baked when I have my “cheat night” . I received my panerotti with oil on it making me think it was deepfried which I cannot have. I called and told the call center that I had gotten a deep fried one- they contacted the store - store told them it was baked but they put olive oil on top . This was new to me after ordering there over 4 years. The store was kind enough to remake the Panzerotti and not put oil on it- and explain that when ordering just ask that no olive oil be added. Super customer service. And just in case anyone else was not aware of the oil being put on now- now ya know :) PS. Our dinner was amazing!
Hands down the BEST pizza from PP I've ever received. I placed a walk in order for a rather bizarre za {garlic sauce base with red onions, brocolli and roasted garlic} ? and it surpassed my expectations. The freshness of the toppings alone made my jaw drop..then the freshness of the dough and the generosity with the sauce... it was beyond pizza perfection. Thank you for the heavenly experience ♡
