Poor customer service. Put wrong sauce on and lied to my face about it when i asked. Also asked for more lettuce and got a couple shards extra, because they didnt want to get another bin of lettuce.Also, why does mqchine ask for a tip for fast food, that customer is picking up?Will not be back

it’s an average subway, location is just way better than the other one in town
The subs are great. The ingredients are always fresh and they serve you quickly. Lots of options. Inside it is always clean. Can't really ask for anything better.
Vegetarian options: Since you choose what is on your sandwich it is pretty easy to find something you can eat if you are vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread if you are gluten free. However I am not sure about vegan/lactose intolerance because I am pretty sure there is milk and eggs in the bread.
Went for lunch with my son.We got subs and cookies.Cookies were harder than dog biskets. My son could not bite through them.Asked if they were from yesterday , and that I wanted different ones, they said no and that is the way theyvcook their cookies.In the small town of Arnprior, bad news travels faster than good.I will never be back.

Disappointing experience when the sandwich artist keeps laying her bust area on the sandwich when she reaches to grab the toppings. She also admitted to me as I was paying that she hopes I don't have food allergies because the knife she used hasn't been cleaned and was used to cut meat all day. I ordered a vegetarian sub and a vegetarian bowl and was disgusted when thinking about what else wasn't cleaned. I couldn't eat what was provided to me, and I wish I would have spoken up in the store, but I was honestly baffled. I emailed the manager and was given a very generic and basically "too bad, thanks for your money come back soon" email. Very disappointing.:(
