I've been to multiple subway locations but this one is the only one that can make a sub properly and perfectly every single time!! The ingredients are fresh and delicious and the staff are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond with my sub every time. I absolutely love this location and everyone needs a pat on the back for a job well done!

The young lad that tried to wrap our wraps, didn't quite make it a wrap, more like a flat bread tuck. Lol. It was great and the place was clean.
Nice and clean place to stop by for a snack and to stretch legs. There are comfy seats inside. The staff is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Today, March 12, 2023 (Sunday) I walked into this subway sandwich location . Two girls were working there. I don't know their names, so I describe them physically. One of them was thin and the other a little fat. I greeted them with a smile and told them my order number. They were unprofessional, sarcastic and disrespectful. They prepared my sandwiches and asked me to take these two drinks and a bag of chips out of the fridge by myself without giving me a bag. Anyway, I politely took them and without getting angry told them that I needed a bag for them please. They said something in their own language and started laughing. I believe, they spoke in Hindi. I took the food and left the shop. So, I don't recommend anyone to go there. I found them strange, unprofessional and offensive. I believe, they must be retrained, re-educated and minded of professionalism, customer service and respect. I believe, they have behavioural problems. Thank you.

Bread was extremely stale. Bought 3 subs and all 3 were so rock hard they were inedible. First time I had a bad experience here and it will be the last as I will not try this place again.

**PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING!Personally, I think one star is too much - if I could give negative stars, I would. I went here yesterday, and ordered a steak and cheese sub. They put hardly any steak on the sub, and the bun was stale. I brought it back in for them to replace it, and same issue. Bun was stale again, and hardly no meat. (If you flicked the bun, it was rock solid)!I go to subway almost everyday and order the same thing. This was my first time (and last) at this location, and I have NEVER been so upset. They do NOT treat their customers right.If you come here, do not expect to “eat fresh”, because how can a stale bun be fresh? I didn’t even get it toasted, and it was still hard.I’m disappointed as a business owner, and think the owners need to learn how to run a customer oriented business. Especially when is costs $16 for a single foot long sub; with extra cheese (no drink, or combo; just the sub).After experiencing this, I highly doubt the owner/management would try to fix this issue for me, so I find it imperative to share this awful review.Please do not visit this Subway location - the owners are not fit to be running a subway location in my opinion. If you can’t even follow the franchises main slogan of “Subway, eat fresh”, then I absolutely have zero respect for you and will always steer people away from this location.If you’re in Arnprior and are thinking about getting a sub… well just go to no-frills and get a pre made one, it’s likely that it will taste better.
