I headed back to The Cupboard in Arnprior on Friday night for their karaoke, and once again it didn’t disappoint. I’ve been going about once or twice a month now, and it’s become one of those spots that just feels good the moment you walk in.

Lovely server and the breakfast choices were pretty classic. My cheese omelette was cooked perfectly, but had like a Kraft-slice type cheese inside which was odd. 4$ for a little cup of tea was overpriced. I have food allergies so I was offered bacon instead of home fries and toast which was nice. Atmosphere - like a low-end pub with a tv that had an error screen.

Our first choice for eggs benedict is The Cupboard. Had it several times, always great. It is a simple plate served with perfect hollandaise and great cook on both the eggs and home fries.
