Everytime I go here and order a bagel it seems to be undercooked. Maybe the toaster is not high enough but they seem to cook it too low. I enjoy their steeped tea but sometimes the line can be too long and waiting can be 10 minutes or longer.

98% of the time great service tonight for some reason was like staff talking to one another was more important, the fact that a staff member was more in tune with talking with others and ignored the fact that I was standing at The cash and she walked by from pots to clean the over to cook pizzas and didn’t even take notice that someone ( myself ) was there shows the disrespect of customers

I love most of the staff inside, they are wonderful people, but after getting my drink I went to go sit out in the parking lot to enjoy it, and I tried to crack a very safe joke with the guy cleaning the parking lot, but all he did was look at me like I was a piece of filth, and then he went behind me and pointed his broom at a random vehicle and made it look like he was shooting a rifle as if trying to intimidate me... all I was trying to do was be friendly...
