This tim hortons used to be so much better on Madawaska...over the past couple months there has been a decline. We went through today ordered a med coffee and a double toasted bagel with cream cheese. Not really toasted and only half the bagel had cream cheese. A little more care and attention should be applied to what they are serving. There has been other issues as well with other orders lately I just finally decided to review hopefully they will collectively do better.

I know this might not be the right place to leave a comment, but I really want to share this review to help improve customer service. I often order Tim Hortons through Uber Eats, but lately there have been several mistakes with my orders. It seems that the special notes or instructions from customers are not being read carefully. Also, when an item is unavailable, no one contacts me to ask whether I’d prefer a replacement or to cancel that part of the order. In addition, utensils such as napkins, straws, and spoons are often missing from my orders. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and the overall customer experience in the future.
I always go to the Tim Hortons Drive Through in Arnprior on Madawaska. I don’t know how they did it but they have assembled such an amazing team of people working there who are always so friendly and fast and efficient. Derek in particular genuinely seems to be having fun at his job and it’s probably because he’s interacting with the guests the same way he would with his friends and I can tell customers really enjoy that. I really can’t say enough about the team there and I always look forward to seeing them for my before work coffee.

I ordered a French Vanilla and an Oreo donut at this Tim Hortons, and as soon as I walked in, I felt like my coffee was going to be just perfect. This was my first time ordering here, and I was really impressed, the French Vanilla tasted amazing and the donut was fresh and delicious. What stood out the most was the customer service. It was honestly the best I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the experience really enjoyable. On top of that, the place was very clean, which made everything even better. Overall, this first visit left a great impression. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to!
