Such a positive experience here this evening. We had a group of 16 for my Mother-in-law's 80th birthday. The staff were super friendly, the food was delicious and generously portioned, and the live music by Chris Allaby was fun and very well performed. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Very poor service. Salad was obviously precut lettuce turning brown. Steak was acceptable but overpriced. Wine list was a guessing game at best. Never going back. I am guessing they will be closed soon as there was noone there.

Small portions, mediocre food. Way, way overpriced. The Sea food will make you sick. Orderd medium rare steak and it came blue. $18 for a glass of $8 a bottle wine. Wouldn't go back if it were free.

This is a very good steak house. The loaded jacket potato starter is enough food for a main! Be aware. I normally order the steakwich, which is excellent and enough for me. The filet is excellent. The steak frites is very good value. I probably eat here once a month...I recommend it to everyone West of Ottawa.
Not sure if this is allowed to be posted but if not, that is ok. On March 27th 6 of us went out for dinner to Urban & Augus in Arnprior. This is not our first time the 6 of us have went here , for dinner. We have always had a great experience and wanted to return for a great meal. The special that night was Nacho's. Two of us ordered the special . We were asked if we wanted steak or chicken Nacho's. The both of us said steak. A few minutes later the waitress came back to ask me how I wanted my, steak done. All was good the waitress was very professional with us. My friend who happens to be a diabetic ,needs to check her insulin and administer as needed. Knowing it doesn't take long for Nacho's she took her insulin in a timely manner. Well, we waited for at least 45 minutes, then the waitress approached us informing us the kitchen made a mistake and made chicken instead of steak. We both said no to the chicken and asked if we would get a discount on this for the mistake, as now we have to wait longer. The waitress said oh of course you will get a discount as it was their mistake. The other 4 received their dinner, finished their dinner before we received our Nacho's. When we received our, food I was trying to eat the Nacho's but the chips along the side where a little on the crispy side and the meat was very fatty and grizzly which I don't like. Neither one of us ate much. We waited for the waitress to return to the table but that never happened. Then a girl showed up at the table asking if we wanted dessert and we all declined and asked for the bill. She asked if we wanted to take home what we didn't eat and we both said sure. We thought our, waitress would be the one to bring us the bill and we would inform her we were not happy. But that didn't happen we got the same girl that asked us about dessert. She handed us all the bills. As we looked at it, we did have a discount for $2.70 . We asked about it and was informed it was a 12% discount and that is all we can get. So, we are not happy with this and asked to speak with the manager. Her answer was I am the manager for the night. We tried to explain everything but she just kept rolling her eyes and saying nothing she can do about. She informed us we ate the food so we can pay for it. I said, I clearly didn't eat it and her response was your taking it home. We both said we don't want to take it home either as we are just going to throw it out. We did inform her we wouldn't be back and again eyes rolled. I asked for the manager that looks after thinks and we were told to not call as they don't answer. The best thing would be to email them. So, we paid and left very unhappy. A few days after trying to call at lunch with answer I decided to email. Well with no response from the email here I am. Very disappointed on how this was all handed and unfortunately, I can't see us returning to this establishment any time soon.

We pre ordered the Tomahawk steak. Oh my LORD! IT IS SOOO GOOD! The cook in the steak is perfect, the wi e is perfect... we are so happy!

I’ve been before. We use to always sit at the front bench seat at the front window. Since they installed a neon window sign, I find that seat too bright now. Also , in the winter months, it’s cold there as you’re right beside the front entrance. We ordered the shrimp Caesar salad. The shrimp was plentiful and huge! So much to eat, I brought 1/2 home. I was very happy to be back.
