The food is good but EVERY time I go there are kids screaming! One time a kid came over and proceeded to grab it and throw it. The employees did NOTHING!
Refused legal cash tender today in the drive through so I ended up leaving as I had no other means of payment on me. $100.00 bills are legal tender. I won't be returning. Mcdonalds! Just around the corner took my money no problem.
Pretty sure my bun had mold on it, my burger tasted off, but everything else was delicious, the strawberry lemonades are so good
I hate leaving a bad review when there are such great employees here, but I was absolutely appalled by the behaviour from “supervisor” Terra who was quite rude and had a bad attitude. My fiancé and I come to this location EVERY Sunday for our breakfast and normally Ricardo is there who always treats us very well and is an absolute joy to deal with. On May 4th we went through the drive-thru for our usual order. I ordered EXTRA sauce on my sandwich and got what is pictured. I called to let them know this has happened about 4-5 times now and it’s very frustrating since I pay for extra sauce. Terra said “if you come back I can give you more sauce” to which I let her know I was already home. Her response was simply “I’ll let the sandwich maker know” I asked for a manager to call me and waited a week, never got a call. On top of this, my half of the order was completely wrong….wrong drink, no sauce on the sandwich, and COLD wedge fries. On May 11th my fiancé and I returned hoping that Ricardo would be there but unfortunately he was still on vacation and we had to deal with Terra again. We entered the restaurant this time and waited at the cash for our order to be taken. Terra sent a kitchen staff to take our order (slightly older lady, short silver hair) and we were greeted with “what do you want?” Which was very off putting considering the previous week. We ordered our meals and again asked for a manager to contact us which never ended up happening. Once again our order was incorrect…I asked for extra sauce on my breakfast baconator and instead it was put on my fiancé’s sandwich which ruined his meal. Two weeks and two requests for a manager to contact me with absolutely nothing to come of it. When we returned on May 18th Ricardo was back and we were able to speak with him about the entire situation, hence my review today.
Ricardo is amazing, he’s one of the reasons we keep coming back but Terra’s unprofessionalism and rudeness are making us want to stay away.
Stopped for lunch, after a trip back from Quebec, my husband left his credit card after paying. Called them and they had already found it and put it in their safe and were happy to cut it up and send a picture to us. Great service and trustworthy individuals. Card has been closed but still nice to see they took care to make sure it didn't fall in the wrong hands.
I’ve been going to Wendy’s for years. I used to love it and the people are wonderful but lately I’ve been left with a bad taste in my mouth. I often have to go back in for missing items. I have also tried to order a wrap with pickles added multiple times and every single time I get my order they never add the pickles. I usually add it at my house once I get home. I really don’t like complaining but it’s gotten to the point where my items and add are missing every time. Wendy’s has been our go to for years but this happening on a regular basis has made me want to switch to something else as our regular fast food go to.
Your employees are QUITE Literally Useless and costing your business considerable money because of the level of incompetence . You're loosing local customers left right and center fire those weak links and get new ones. 👌👍👍👍
Food quality is horrible. Chilly cheese fries contained half frozen french fries with beans and 3 small pieces of meat. Received the wrong order back to back visits. -not impressed.

I Was there a few days ago and went threw the drive thru and placed an order. After placeing my order the girl who took my order must have forgotten to turn off her head set and was saying some pretty nasty things about me and i also heard her yelling and screaming at other employees that work there as well. When i got up to the window to pay I noticed she had a name tag on and that her name is Terra and that she is the manager of wendys. I am absolutely DISGUSTED in how a manager could speak so poorly about not only a customers but her own employees as well. This establishment has gone down hill and I feel so bad for the employees that have to put up with such bad behavior from someone who is supposed to encourage their team not tear them down. I will be contacting hire up about her and putting in a hefty report.

Seen better Wendys, the pop machine was kinda weird, touch screen was straight from 2004. At least the staff was allright and the food was ok.
Honestly stop here for lunch/ coffee at Tim's on the way to or from the cottage often. I think the employees literally hate being there, are impatient/quite rude, and are poorly trained. Continue to go bc ease of access...food?

I don't review too often, but Wendy's is just terrible now. This location in particular is the worst. I ordered TRIPLE burger on mobile app, counter pick up. Got home, opened it up and it was a SINGLE. I paid $18.50 for a single.
Customer service promised refund, never happened, they don't care at all, so neither do I.
I won't be coming back for a long time if ever.
You can keep your meatly challenged burgers, slow service and soggy fries.
