I Was there a few days ago and went threw the drive thru and placed an order. After placeing my order the girl who took my order must have forgotten to turn off her head set and was saying some pretty nasty things about me and i also heard her yelling and screaming at other employees that work there as well. When i got up to the window to pay I noticed she had a name tag on and that her name is Terra and that she is the manager of wendys. I am absolutely DISGUSTED in how a manager could speak so poorly about not only a customers but her own employees as well. This establishment has gone down hill and I feel so bad for the employees that have to put up with such bad behavior from someone who is supposed to encourage their team not tear them down. I will be contacting hire up about her and putting in a hefty report.

I don't review too often, but Wendy's is just terrible now. This location in particular is the worst. I ordered TRIPLE burger on mobile app, counter pick up. Got home, opened it up and it was a SINGLE. I paid $18.50 for a single.
Customer service promised refund, never happened, they don't care at all, so neither do I.
I won't be coming back for a long time if ever.
You can keep your meatly challenged burgers, slow service and soggy fries.

Sat in the drive through for close to 10 minutes before a car that was ordering even started talking to someone. Too bad I had to give my business elsewhere.
Not a good experience. Customer service was non-existent, my food was abruptly handed to me without a word and the window shut. Not what I expected out of Arnprior.

Got a chicken sandwich and it was cold and I asked for a new one but the manager Terra said there isn't anything they can do because I took a bite out of it. The floors were disgusting. The amount of swearing coming from the staff was unpleasant and they should be ashamed of themselves. Nothing will get done but at least the people reading this review will know what to expect.

I recently visited a Wendy's location, and the white employee there used abusive language towards us, which was extremely disrespectful. We definitely won't be returning to this establishment. Their behavior was terrible and clearly racist.

This Wendy's has very kind and helpful staff. They portion correctly or on the large side, and their dining room is reliably clean. Me and my kids often choose this location when we want dinner out. Bonus, it has great amount of parking and is attached to a Tim Hortons. The burger toppings are fresh, too.
Vegetarian options: Baked potatoes, cheese fries, great salads
