This outdoor chip tuck has amazing fries, which is not surprising since that is all they sell! Don't go expecting to get a poutine, hamburger or pogo because they only sell fresh cut, hot and crispy french fries. Salt, pepper, ketchup and vinegar are available for your topping pleasure.

The BEST fries! They’re really busy but still ask you if you want to half-fill so you can load your ketchup and vinegar on the bottom, then fill to the top and add more. All pro! Picnic tables and Adirondack chairs, and even a loo.

Omg what amazing fries. I was told they had the best fries for years by 50 or so people. Finally went and tried them for myself. Now I go regularly if I'm in the area. They give you a half full option so you can load it up on salt and pepper or vinegar etc. They are the fluffiest , crispiest and best tasting fry ever. I'd give all 5s but it's a chip wagon with regular chip truck view lol. Fantastic fries to travel for. 100% worth it.

Very busy place, however, the line moves pretty quickly. Lots of seating at nearby picnic tables to enjoy the fresh air. The fries are pretty good, not spectacular, but worth a visit.

Visited not to long ago. Place was pretty busy. Well I was waiting I noticed that they were giving there customers there fries to add toppings half way through and then would take them back to top up the rest of the fries. I couldn't help notice how dirty some of the peoples hands were. This can not be sanitary. I know most food establishments once it leaves or goes over the counter it is not allowed back. I will not eat here again with this happening.
Response to owner: most food trucks offer condiments half way that is not something special you do. The fact you take it back into the establishment after the customer has touched it then your staff have to touch the box again transmitting whatever is now on the box into your establishment I believe is against the health code violation. Once it leaves it should be gone for good. just put the condiments on yourself. How many people do you see not wash there hands after using the public bathroom every week. I see a few. yuk

Opened a bag of Wes’ Chips. My dog Apollo ate half before I even blinked. He hasn’t spoken since—but his eyes say thank you. I get it. These chips slap harder than a tax audit. Yummy, worth the pit stop, been a staple for over 60 years.
