Horrible place didn’t even get to eat before we walked out. Girl took her time to come to the door, didn’t know if we could sit at the table that was empty had to go check with someone else, finally told us we could sit there, we went. No one came to the table for a while I had to get up to go get our menus myself, no one offered water, nor a high chair for my baby. I was going to ask for one but we were ignored by every server here while I watched one of them just standing doing nothing. Then the only server that was actually working passed right by our table to go tend to someone else and the body odour was so strong it gave me nausea and that’s when we decided to walk out and go elsewhere. Will not be returning here and will not recommend.

Second visit here. Always good food and drink at very reasonable prices. Our server was friendly, polite and always smiling. Be back again next time we travel by there.

3rd Attempt in a number of years. After second figured try once more, more than a year later. Even after all this time still cannot cook steaks to desired taste (medium rare etc.). Artichoke Dip beyond runny, mashed potatoes dry, corn warmish, and beer not very cold. Lobster tail that was supposed to be with the meal came 5 minutes later.
I keep seeing a trend with this change that some are better than others but this location does not seem to be getting better.

We visit this place regularly. The service has always been great, plus the food was always excellent. Lots of parking.

Beer was not very cold. Fries were dried out and not very hot. Same for chicken fingers. Will not be back. When we left half our food and declined takeaway box perhaps the sever should have realized something was wrong.

Ordered a medium rare steak, received a medium well steak. Waitress said “but it has a little pink” lmao. This place is a joke, the reviews were right. Simply walked out, didn’t bother waiting for another and didn’t pay. Close this horrendous restaurant down already.

I had a cheese burger, fries and Molson Canadian draft. The beer was not very cold.
The fries tasted dried out and came to me like they were reheated and barely warm. The burger was very dry and hardly warm. My server was great. She took very good care of me. I've to been your restaurant in Hanover and the food was 100% better.

I ordered steak and it was overcooked and burnt. When I asked server about it, she replied steaks used to be like that. She even said that maybe Im your having steak for the first time. That was very hilarious for me. I didn’t want to make any scene because I am not like that. For her kind information, I worked at red lobster for 2 years and Im well aware how steaks are cooked. It was a terrible experience.

I usually look for Chucks when I go to different cities because who doesn't love a good surf and turf. This time I opted for the burger and wasn't very impressed with the quality of bun or burger patty. High quality condiments and toppings which is why i give it 3 stars instead of 1-2.
The waitresses and atmosphere were great!
