Previously worked there dishes don't get scrubbed, cross contamination everywhere because of laziness, horrible and disrespectful staff, if you want an unsanitary place with horrible people and overpriced trash food this is the place for you!

It seemed the staff member who served me was in a bad mood - I gave a tip from the start but maybe it was not enough as I was provided with the smaller sized pita, even though I paid for the larger size. Toppings as well were minimal when asked. Odd, as I have been to many Pita Pit locations and the service is almost always excellent.

Absolutely worst pita pit in Canada. Not only is the customer service extremely rude and disrespectful, nor do they follow a safe food handling protocols. Well I was standing there. They were refilling bins that had food in it with brand new product from a separate bin that doesn't follow the first in first out rule in safe food handling. Not to mention they were using their bare hands to fill the product. Not only is this disgusting It is a gross negligent action.
They refused to make the pita the way I asked to be made, The person behind the counter went from handling cash and bottles of pop to making my sandwich. And didn't respond when I asked her to change her gloves. I even provided a tip before my pita was made thinking that maybe that would improve their customer service when I walked in. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without anybody addressing me even though that they were standing right there talking.

What a fantastic experience. We've been of the road for hours and showed up before closing. I felt bad for the red headed girl working behind the counter as there was a very rude lady who honestly sounded like a real piece of work. The girl was very professional and delt with the situation very professionally. Obviously she was dealing with a citiot. This girl working not only took care of our order but also directed us in the right direction to where we needed to be . Pita Pit is so lucky to have such professional employees despite half the entitled people they have to deal with!

The worst customer service imaginable the girl working was extremely rude with attitude and overall felt like she didn’t want to be there. Do better.
The gyro meat on my pita was burnt and crunchy and mixed in with all the little burnt pieces from the grill not being scraped off. Very gross, I had to pick all the meat/burnt pieces out before I was able to eat the pita.

Went to this location, granted it was 5 minutes to closing however, I've worked in the service industry and usually closing and side duties happen after close. We were met with absolutely rude customer service. Probably the worst I've ever has. We were served by two young ladies. One with red hair and one with black hair in braids with glasses. Totally shocking behavior. Will never come back.
