Had a great experience at Arthur Subway the other day. A new employee named Arjun made my sandwich, he was so kind and polite, and knew details about the community. Staff at this location are always nice, but this specific interaction was so comfortable and made my day just a little bit better.

Worst subway experience of my life. The man couldn't understand a simple order and put the wrong toppings on. Terrible experience. We should have walked out and left the food but it had been a long day and we were hungry.

Very skimpy on the meat and ignored when this is pointed out, while the sandwhich was being assembled. We were not asking for extra.. just at least the standard amount. Found the gentleman making the sandwhich to be aloof, perhaps he needs better customer service skills.

Their washroom was out of order, and the pop machine as well so we were forced to upgrade to a bottle of pop. They also didn’t have the snackwiches. Very disappointing.

Great Meatball subs

Went once before,bread tasted stale.
Thought i would give them another chance.
Service was so slow,people lined up,one serving,one tinkering around.
Just left,never to return.

Oh man, the debit didn't work. They kept making subs and not telling people. They don't have an ATM, so you can't pay cash. They litterly kept making subs and told people the debit machine is not working....then they throw the subs out?
Not asking for a free sub, but at least let us know the debit is not working before your make about 5 customers subs.so much food wasted.

My wife got a salad and it was the most pity thing iv ever seen barely any lettuce the tomatoes the lady put in it were white and green also had black olives in it and she didnt even want thows in it just a mess of a salid pritty sad considering we go there ofter and notice the customer service is getting worse and so its the quality in food

Very delicious and the employees where nice?. (Better than Mr Sub who gave me 1 slice of turkey when I asked for a turkey sub???)
