That time of year. Poppy sales and many cadets all across the country taking the time to help out 😁 thanks Tim Hortons for allowing the cadets to sell poppies at your store locations

Due to health and dietary restrictions, I can only drink decaf coffee, and I understand your restaurants have made changes over the last few years, limiting the hours that decaf is brewed, and substituting 'americano' style decaf (a decaf espresso shot topped with hot water, which quite frankly tastes terrible) unless brewed decaf is specifically requested.
I have never had an issue with having a pot of decaf brewed on request until tonight. I stopped at Tim's in Arthur Ontario at 8 pm, and asked if brewed decaf was available. I was told it wasn't, and was offered Americano. I asked if she would brew a pot, and that I would be happy to wait, and was told they dont do that.
Didn't do the blue Jay's thing and was lieing all along don't come here😠😡

Probably the coolest and nicest crew of hard workers around . Their speed of service is incredible yet they take care to get the food and drinks out with a smile and not skimping on product . The place is clean clean clean in spite of being a super busy location . The team take their time to build relationships with regulars and also welcome travellers with their charisma and care. This staff is a beautiful cross section of people with pride in their service . The leaders, managers and trainers care about their staff and their store and collectively they all care about their clients. This is not your average tim Hortons store.
