Same as a couple of other reviews I have read!! Messed up my breakfast wrap! But considering it was the only thing they messed up on a $25 order! So I ordered a Maple Brown Butter Sausage Scrambled Egg Farmer's Wrap with 5 other items on mobile so I checked my order to make sure everything was there! It was busy so I didn’t open the wrap to make sure it was the correct wrap! I walked home and found out it was made wrong sausage farmers wrap with chipotle sauce. Called and told them the wrap was wrong and I’m on my way to get it fixed! The couple front counter ladies didn’t know what I was talking about and asked me what it was supposed to be! The guy making the wrap said he knows what it’s suppose to be! So I grabbed the wrap when he was finished and against my better judgement just walked home! Get there take a bite of my wrap and it’s bacon! So now I’m writing this instead of calling because the first time I did the person I talked to didn’t sound very happy!

Love this store love the coffee and most definitely love all the staff. all are great at what they are doing some times front counter is super slow and and have to wait do to drive thru not a fan of that. I believe we at front counter are just as equal and important as drive thru they should have counter times as well andcto add do mistakes happen absolutely they are human just like you and I whom also makes mistakes . But with when brought to there attention the quickly make it right and alloagize They are all the greatest group of humans that I love making my coffee every hour everyday cheers to them and all there hard work dealing with rude nasty humans that don't even deserve a smile

I went there in the afternoon and it was a little wait but the staff were friendly. Food was pretty fresh and lots of parking spaces for my trailer. Can get busy in the mornings, but they are just as fast then. Coffee I get is always tasting good.
