I thought every tim hortons should carry their consistency and recipe style in every stores but here is something i cannot expect from this store. I bought habanero chicken rice bowl yesterday afternoon and it was so empty in bowl, it was just a half bowl of rice and chicken with some veggies with plenty of sauce on top which covering all the ingredients in the bowl. I was amazed because my friend working in the tim hortons, elora who was with me and he told this is way too low in quantity according to the price you are taking. The taste was best and delicious there is no cap in it. Pleasee try to serve more like your smile and thank you for the food. I will see u soon, i hope i will get some good rice bowl this time.

The staff didn't know how the TH app worked. My card was scanned and I wanted to redeem points for a free donut. Yes, the settings where correct, but it didn't go through. The staff couldn't help because they " didn't know how the app works". ? ?

I am hoping the manager and the owner of this establishment read this. I was in the store on Thursday September 28 . Long story short older lady served me, she was a little confused on button to push for not toasted so she told the tall blonde 20 something girl at the bagel station to not toast. At that point the 20ish girl proceeded to make fun of and centre out the older woman. I am guessing she was trying to impress the young man that was standing there having a conversation for quite sometime with her. She was disrespectful and rude to the older woman. I am guessing because I commented that "respect your elders" no longer applies the girl was irritated and passed me my bagel without eye contact or verbal communication. I am hoping she was embarrassed by her behavior.
