I ordered for delivery, the food took forever. When it got here it was cold. Roads were bad I understand. I called the store made them aware the pizza was cold, and they made it right. Things happen, sometimes the restaruant cannot control. But they did the right thing and took care of their customer. Thank you.

Ordered an extra large thin crust pizza with 8 toppings. The pizza lacked any taste and the toppings were very sparse as in limited. Given the price and based on previous experience this was very disappointing and I will not order another pizza again. More choice and better pizza available in Mount Forest

Absolutely disappointing experience. I ordered 2 lb of chicken wings with BBQ sauce on the side, but the employee gave me wings fully covered in sauce. I calmly explained that this wasn’t what I ordered and that I had specifically asked for the sauce on the side. His response shocked me—he was dismissive and told me if he remade the order, it would come out of his own pocket, so he wasn’t going to do it.
Another staff member did apologize, but by then the experience was already ruined. I live in Arthur and was hoping this could be my go-to spot, but after this kind of service, I won’t be coming back. I asked to speak with the manager, only to be told the owner is currently in the U.S. The whole situation felt unprofessional and poorly handled. Very disappointed, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place.

Incredibly stingy on toppings. Ordered a 5 topping pizza - not acceptable. Very little sauce and cheese. I would suggest to go elsewhere.

Pizzas looked like a rolling pin had squished the few bit of toppings that was. on the pizza down into the crust. We did order thin crust... but it was so limp. A good thing there was hardly any topping to slide off. I would not recommend here if you are a pizza lover.
