Wife’s 40th birthday and ordered cupcakes. Picked them up and returned home. As guests were showing up I opened the boxes to find donuts. Wife was very displeased and a little upset. Went back the following day after the whole ordeal and they said they’ll get back to us for a solution or some sort of compensation. Been a month and no response. Maybe they should show the product to the customer before leaving or perhaps I should’ve checked myself. Either way birthday surprise ruined.

Our meeting with Antonella was actually my favorite of them all - we instantly clicked and she is a true gem! She treated us like family and really went wild with our vision of having an “avalanche” of donuts at our wedding. Our guests still won’t shut up about how amazing the donut display was and just how delicious they were! We took home a bunch of donuts and froze them all - I cannot explain how freakin’ delicious they are after a quick microwave! I am now a dedicated customer for life!

My family has been using Artsy Baker for as long as I could remember. From birthday cakes, to donuts, and many more, Artsy Baker has always been apart of my families sweets table. Therefore, it was only fitting that once I was looking for a wedding cake, my wife and I came into Artsy Bake again to have them apart of our special day. We met with the owner (Antonella) and as always, we knew we were in good hands. Being them groom I didn’t get much say in the design of the cake, however, I was aloud to pick the flavour. And what better flavour for any cake - no matter the occasion - than funfetty! The cake came out so beautiful and the taste was just fantastic. Many people complemented the cake even when we brought some home, more friends and family tried again, and they just loved it. As many may say, you should definitely freeze a piece or tear of your wedding cake for your one year anniversary and eat it to celebrate, and I can’t wait for a year to eat it again! Along with the cake, we also got a donut wall for our late night station which Artsy Baker was able to provide and supply. The wass was so aesthetically pleasing and fit perfectly into our elegant wedding decorations. The guest truly admired the wall and loved the taste and look of the donuts Artsy Baker created for us. To Antonella and the entire team and staff at Artsy Baker, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a part of our special day and satisfying everybody sweet tooth during our wedding. What a lovely bakery! My Zia recommended me to come here for birthday cake pops. My son wanted Star Wars theme cake pops and chocolate covered Oreos… Artsy Baker did an amazing job! The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The delivery was smooth and organized. The prices were extremely fair and affordable. 10/10 I would highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back to order for our other children’s birthday parties! 🩷 thank you so much Antonella and team!!! We will be a forever customer!

Out of This World! Artsy Baker knocked it out of the universe with an incredible space-themed cake for my son Nolan’s 2nd birthday. The carrot cake with cream cheese icing was absolutely delicious—everyone at the party raved about it. Joey and the team were a dream to work with: patient, attentive, and dedicated to bringing my vision to life. From our first conversation to the moment the cake was delivered, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. This is the best bakery around for cakes, cupcakes, donuts and cookies. These are the best tasting items you can find. Honestly there is nothing better. Their premade items are great, but this is the best spot in the GTA for custom cakes. Their art work is incredible. They can make anything, but the most important part is that it still tastes incredible. Just go here. You won’t be disappointed.

An awful and disappointing experience! The donuts were stale, hardened and crusty.
We had a pickup order for a dozen donuts for a brunch at home yesterday - Everything looked fantastic.
We were six adults so, we decided to split the donuts to try them all. The moment we started cutting into them we realized that something was wrong.
Some were hard to cut, like stale bread, the toppings and glazings were crusty and crumbly, like dried out or freezer burnt, the flavors were mostly sugary and doughy.
Only one or two were “edible”, and as you can see in the photo, we couldn’t dare to eat the rest.
