I went in today to buy a scoop in cups for myself and friends. The man who served me was friendly, it very skimpy with the scoops!! The scoops barely reached the top of the cup! Definitely not the size of scoop shown on their website!! Not worth $5.99!!!! Disappointing.

Was extremely disappointed when I went in. Was very excited to try another six flavors in their sampler pack that we had last week, but was told were no longer allowed to pick her own flavors they have to pick our flavors. That really defeats the purpose of a sample pack if you can't pick your own flavors! So off to dairy Queen we go!

I will never return to this establishment. The portion sizes are ridiculously small compared to other locations, and the server seemed unhappy with his job and was not wearing gloves.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. The worker there drops the cake after writing "Happy birthday" on the cake. He tried to save it from falling by sandwiching it between his leg and the counter. They had no more cookies and cream ice cream cakes to replace it with. He proceeds to tell me "I can fix it, it's not that bad. It won't be perfect but I can give you 10% off". His words not mine. Absolutely ridiculous! He shouldn't be "fixing" that for anyone. Absolutely disgusted that he even offered that as an option. Wouldn't offer any other solution or compensation for next visit. Ended up driving down to the Richmond hill location for a new one. Avoid this location if you value hygiene and common sense

I ask them for waffle bowl they didn’t make it for me even thought other locations they make it for you but the ice cream is amazing
A new associate was working and my order was made wrong. The other associate working, corrected my order without being asked as I was just going to take what was made. She was polite, no rude remarks and kept her composure very well, even with the stress and how busy the store was at the time. It was great customer service and very professional. I wish I knew the girls name that worked Friday to give her a shout out.. as she deserves great appreciation. Thank you!

I can't believe the audacity of this place! They have the nerve to hire incompetent staff who don't know the first thing about customer service. And to top it off, when you ask for a single scoop, they have the nerve to shortchange you on a $5.07 ice cream!

Customer service was poor. A simple “order here” sign would be nice. We walked in, were not greeted, nor told where the line to order started. Then we mistakenly started ordering thinking it was our turn and the woman just gave us this awkward look, turned around and ignored us. All she had to do was politely say we had our turn mixed up and point out where to line up. There were people scattered everywhere, it was chaotic. They didn’t seem to care. Will try the Newmarket location next time.

The guy working there had the dirtiest clothes and no apron on, so that I was shocked! I don’t think you could find such low health standards anywhere in the world! Although I can’t say anything about overall hygiene of the place and I believe it is up to health authorities to discipline businesses in that regards, I am wondering with such a dirty clothes and while he is itching all over himself when nobody pays attention, is it sanitary and safe to receive service from such a person?!
