I ordered food for my sons, online and payed for it. I was there on time but the doors were closed and the workers were still there. I knocked for 15 mins but they didn’t open the door. They were hiding from me and they tried to leave without me noticing. I’m so disappointed on how they treat their customers.

Swiss Chalet is charging a delivery fee of $3.50 plus an automatically calculated tip for driver $6.50???? My order consisted of a Full back ribs, with a caesar's salad and spring rolls. Who gets the delivery fee? who makes the delivery? not the driver? so why pay delivery and driver fee? They must do away with the delivery and leave the well deserved drivers fee only. Swiss Chalet, we are living within a failing economy, struggling to survice, please..... have mercy on the customers!!! P.s... I cancelled my order....

Usually the food is good, but there are times when it isn't! Sometimes you wait for a long time, other times it is fast and efficient. There are 2 parts to this restaurant - the dine in area and the take out--all served by the same kitchen and staff.

Called in our dinner order for pick up. Order taker had a great deal of trouble with English. Took the order which I had to repeat every part of it 3 times and still got it wrong. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. Drove to the restaurant..7 minutes, waited inside for 20 minutes, still no order. Asked again at the register....no order. Then they started to look for it and found it under the counter under a different name. $26.75 Drove home mad, opened the bag and inside it was wrong and now cold. What a total waste and put everyone at home in the same bad move. Come on!!! Swiss Chalet Aurora is that the best you can do. I should get a refund but I can't be bothered with the hassle to go back there again. I would not recommend this place based on my experience today. The staff at the counter seem totally lost and without proper direction or customer service training. It needs a lot of improvement.
