I love the smoothies here and usually the service, today a girl to us was very rude to us and not helpful. My friend said she wanted a different size but the girl employee said multiple times that “you’re wrong i heard you say this.. etc” she wasn’t helpful and very mean and pushy.

I’ve purchased from here in the past and it wasn’t anything outstanding or bad.
Main concern is their opening time online vs when you visit. Online on google and on their app (which allows you to place an order) it says they open at 7AM. When I arrived the store is closed with a sign saying they open at 8AM.

Horrible service. Manager is so rude and the employees have no sense of what customer service should be in CANADA. Avoid this location. Let them shut down and learn that in Canada we treat people kindly. We work hard for our money here and they should be thankful we are giving them business. Very rude.
