Visiting Port Perry today, decided to stop in, for old times sake, it had been awhile since we ate here, wish we hadn't. Staff were misleading. We opted to sit outdoors. We were told we could, but food would be served on paper plates and plastic cutlery and that they would serve us the food outdoors. So we proceeded to go outside and sit on the picnic table, which was not clean, should have been the 1st clue to leave. Then after a few minutes staff came out and told us we had to go in and order our food. So we did. Then we were told food was ready, my husband had to go in a pick it up, it was not brought to us. Everything came in take out containers, in paper bags, with 2 paper plates and cutlery, so we basically had to serve ourselves. They should advise customers that if you eat outside, what you will get is take-out. If I wanted take out I wouldn't have gone to a sit down restaurant. Pricey for the portion sizes, and the quality of food was not great at all. In conclusion, if your looking for good food and good service, go elsewhere. There's a few other options in this pretty town.

We just had 4 pieces of haddock. It was DELICIOUS!!! Crispy and flavorful!! The gravy was delicious too!! If your craving great fish and chips. You have found your place!!

Good sized fish, excellent batter, chips could have been crispier. Two fish and one order of chips $30.40 including HST. I would go back again.

The BEST fish and chips hands down. I have also tried other food on their menu and have been very pleased. Highly recommend. A lovely couple who have been part of the Aurora community for a number of years now.

I tried the fish sandwich and it tasted horrible.

Food and service are excellent! I always order for a family event and their family bundles are just the right size and are always freshly cooked and hot. What a great couple who are very hard working behind the counter and fryer.

I was surprised by the size of the fish. However, it was very tasteless, ice cold, and for over $50, I was completely dissatisfied.

We ordered the fish and chips (cod) and it was amazing! The portion size is perfect. I definitely recommend this place!

The cod in my piece of fish was mushy and sparse.
