I have never been so disappointed with the food the atmosphere and the service. #1. 20% gratuity automatically added to the bill, WHY. #2. When I was paying I noticed the server did not bypass the tip portion of the transaction on the POS system. (I have to wonder how many people in a group pay an extra gratuity). 3 The food … Lets not go there. I’ve had better veal at a greasy spoon. I had to SAW through my meet like shoe leather. Not to mention the $6 bottles of water. I looked at their website and they did not show an automatic gratuity on groups. Or what constitutes a group. The automatic assist entrance door mechanism was not working ( I was told by one of the staff the the malfunction occurred on the previous night, being Friday) No service done to repair the door and another door was used as an entrance, that allowed an extremely cold gust of wind every time it opened. Our table was in a direct line with the door.

Do you need a place to REALLY celebrate a birthday party for an adult, with family and friends? Go to Casa Carbone, in Aurora, Ontario. I was amazed by: the cordial and timely attention from the personnel of Casa Carbone, the family ambiance, the cleanliness of the restaurant and private spaces of the restaurant, the quality and variety of the food. They even have a space you may adapt for dancing with your friends!!! Excellent (Nov 24-2024)

Absolutely love this place. The food is always delicious, the service is wonderful. The owner is just a genuinely nice guy who goes out of his way to make sure his patrons are happy and satisfied. He always makes my two daughters feel special and welcome. The atmosphere inside is 10/10. We frequent regularly and have never once been disappointed. It’s a must try.

Casa Carbone is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine. Went with a group so we shared a variety of apps, pizza, mains and desserts to sample a variety of the menu. Everything was fantastic - my highlights were the burrata and parpadelle al funghi. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a pizza and mushroom risotto. Both were very good. Highly recommend. We went back and again dinner was very enjoyable. The pizza is very good. The caesar salad was very good as well.

The food and service were great. The pizza sauce had such a clean and fresh texture.
Everything is freshly made and so delicious. We will definitely come back again.
The only issue: the salt garnish on the focaccia bread was a bit on the salty side; other than that, the rest of the appetizer it came with was so good to eat. The kids loved the homemade porchetta.
