Let’s just say I left still hungry, this place charges astronomical prices for the portion sizes.I ordered pasta and got two small handfuls, it was like an appetizer portion. They charged 35 bucks for it same with the calamari, couple bites and it was done.The person I was there with on business looked at me when we saw the portion size and we just started laughing. We actually went and got a burger down the street after we were done lol. The pasta wasn’t anything special either.This place acts like they’re a Michelin 5 star restaurant.Thumbs down.

My husband and I have lived in Aurora and regularily passed this restaurant without thinking much of it because of its location in a strip plaza. Assumed the same was just a small take out spot.We were so wrong! After seeing somebody we know post about the restaurant we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere inside is completely completely different than what we expected. The restaurant is quaint and well decorated and has a really nice vibe.The service was awesome, everyone greeted us as soon as we came in and explained the menu in detail.Staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful.The food was amazing! This was not your average Italian, it was Fine dining with creative thought out dishes. Everything was cooked to perfection with the perfect al dente pastas.We had the porcetta pizza (the dough was crispy and airy and delicious and the toppings were perfectly balanced and so fresh). We also had the Bigoli duck ragu (juicy, meaty and so flavorful with such simple ingredients) and the Lamb Tagliatelle (this was the MVP…I’m very picky with lamb and it was not gamey and delicious in a creamy tomato sauce).We can’t wait to come back as they have so many more dishes we want to try but the portions are so generous we couldn’t even find room for dessert this time around!So happy to have such a great, quality and authentic Italian restaurant so close!Sadly no photos because we dove right the second the plates hit the table!

I took my father here for his birthday dinner and have to say this place is a gem. The service was outstanding and the food was first-rate. The caesar salad was unique in its dressing and taste. The 16oz steak and Lamb Ragu was also excellent. This was our first time but we'll definitely be back.

The service here is amazing, very cozy atmosphere and the food is very tasty. A little pricey but worth it for the authentic Italian charcoal cooked experience. They make everything from scratch and you can taste it. Our kids loved the pizza and the pasta they ordered. Tastes fresh like a home cooked meal. The owner Vince and our waiter Claudio treated us very well and were very attentive. Would definitely come back here again.Vegetarian options: They have pastas that are completely vegetarian friendly and do not contain any meat products.Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza, so there is a decent amount of free parking spots.Kid-friendliness: The staff went out of their way to make sure the kids also had a great experience and enjoyed their food. They don't do any fried food only restaurant made pastas, pizzas, etc.

Wow. Just had fabulous experience at Casa Carbone. Food was delicious. Very flavourful. Not just your ‘typical’ pasta. Flavours and textures were well thought out. Steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. You can see and taste the quality ingredients used. Staff was fantastic. Attentive and hospitable. Atmosphere was also cozy and inviting. All in all, a great dining experience.
