Karina is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve come across. Every time I’ve talked to her, she’s been super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She doesn’t just do her job well, she actually takes the time to make sure people are okay and feel heard.
One day I was a bit stressed and not in the best mood, and Karina was so calm and patient with me. She explained things clearly, didn’t rush me, and made the whole situation feel easier. It honestly meant a lot. You can tell she cares about people, not just getting through her shift.
Karina brings a really good energy, and it makes a difference. She’s the kind of person you remember for all the right reasons.
