Came here in the afternoon on a Wednesday and although there were quite a few customers, the workers were friendly and patient while quickly getting the job done. A worker named Sophie served me and she gave me a great recommendation; a large earl grey milk tea with pearls. You could tell that the drink was prepared fresh and the pearls were nice and soft. Amazing customer service and atmosphere, I will definitely be back soon!

I’ve gone here ever since they’ve opened and needless to say everyone here is amazing. The customer service from Ares, Ada, Sophie, Phyllis, and Ethan is absolutely spectacular, constantly making sure all customers are happy with their orders. Overall, great bbt and great service! Highly recommend coming here :)

Went to this location for the first time and was greeted with a warm welcome! The staff was super sweet and the girl who made my drink (Sophie) was so helpful in recommending me something new to try. Service was great and I will definitely be coming back :)

I’m here right now and have been waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks, there is two teenage boy workers and only me my friend, and a family of 3 who came after us. The whole time they were just talking, drinking something to try it, and complaining how they should have one extra person. And they burnt the tapioca and were joking about setting the fire alarm off. Either they need more training or they need to schedule more people together. Either way this was ridiculous. Dont come on a weeknight.

Terrible experience. Me and my mom got the hot version of the matcha milk tea with 80% sugar. Not sweet at all. It tasted disgusting, we could really taste the matcha powder in the milk tea, and we got sick to the point of nearly vomiting afterwards, which has never happened before with any of their other milk teas, so maybe this is specific to only the one we got that day (the matchas). The staff should look into possibly expired aliments in their shop. Overall a complete waste of 6 dollars.
