Karina is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve come across. Every time I’ve talked to her, she’s been super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She doesn’t just do her job well, she actually takes the time to make sure people are okay and feel heard.
One day I was a bit stressed and not in the best mood, and Karina was so calm and patient with me. She explained things clearly, didn’t rush me, and made the whole situation feel easier. It honestly meant a lot. You can tell she cares about people, not just getting through her shift.
Karina brings a really good energy, and it makes a difference. She’s the kind of person you remember for all the right reasons.

He helped me redeem my birthday reward and went above and beyond to make sure everything was processed smoothly. He was so kind, patient, and professional throughout the interaction. His attention to detail and great attitude really stood out and made my visit feel extra special.
I ordered my usual Thai milk tea with no pearls, and it was absolutely perfect. The flavor was rich and smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. They got it exactly right, which I truly appreciate. I have never had a single issue at this location. The drinks are always made accurately and consistently, and the team is always quick and efficient without ever rushing the customer experience.
This has become my go-to Chatime spot for a reason. The quality, service, and atmosphere are unmatched.
