Got a burger and the patty was very burnt and inedible. Ate another one and got bad diarrhea from it. Their cheap prices are tempting but it’s not worth getting sick.

Came out on a Saturday night to enjoy some dinner with some friends, Should of known things weren’t going to go well as we waited at the door for 5-10 minutes just for some waiter to say “you can sit wherever” and walk away before you could even process what happened. We didn’t think much at the time and went to a booth to sit and wait with no menus for 10 minutes to then are waiter coming to asking if we were ready to order . We eventually got menus and ordered appetizers didn’t get a drink refill once the whole dinner, then are mains came out where one was cooked correctly and the other “medium” steak came out and was cold to the touch in the middle and unappetizing. We were then waiting for or last friends quasdilla to come out when the manager came out (cool guy helped us the whole night) and asked if everything was ok when we then said we were still waiting for food, and then checked for us and told us that it was not ordered and had to reorder it right there(he ended up giving us a free dessert for the inconvenience) but the steak was not edible and was sent back and told he didn’t want another one he ended up paying 15 dollars for a single lobster tail when the whole meal was 25. With that being said I would not recommend chucks on pedersen dr in Aurora as new management has completely killed this location, feel bad for the really cool manager as it seems he has to deal with this things all the time wish him all the best

WOW! I used to like this place, I came here for the $25 steak and lobster deal and it was TERRIBLE. The steak was supposed to be medium and it looked like it was killed in the 10 minutes prior to serving. It was cold to touch and barely cooked at all. They took the steak off the bill and only charged me for the tiny lobster tail that was $15, Had I known that I would have sent it all back. The waitress was J was no help at in and came to check on us 1 time after we had finished the food completely. Total waste of time do not come here. I am very disappointed

From the moment we walked in the service was horrible.
No one was there to seat us and when we did get seated we didn’t get any menus.
Order was taken for our drinks but still never got any menus.
Our waitress J never came to refill any drinks even though it was very clear and obvious that we were asking for refills.
When it came around to ordering our food we got two steaks made MEDIUM and a chicken quesadilla.
When the steaks came one was made correct and the other was cold to the touch and looked like it wasn’t even cooked.
As for the quesadilla, it never ended up coming out, we had to ask where it was and its turns out it was forgotten.
By the time it came out everyone else was done their meal.
The service here was absolutely atrocious and our waitress near the end was very rude with various eye rolls and dirty looks.
