Came tonight with my partner and had the best service I’ve ever had in my life. Kevin was fantastic, friendly, funny, and overall an amazing guy. We really appreciate the service from him. Food came out quickly and perfectly cooked, and tasted delicious.

Even though Chucks Roadhouse was super busy, Olivia, who wasn’t even my server, went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Her attentiveness and genuine commitment to excellent service truly stood out. I honestly wasn’t planning on coming back, but Olivia completely changed my experience for the better. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning. She absolutely saved the day!

Ordered the beer happy hour special and a box of fries. Fries came out quick but only because they were made a bit ago. I’ve gotten good fries from here before so I think it was just something that happens sometimes though it shouldn’t. Unrelated to that, Riddhi, the server behind the bar was so sweet. She watched my drink while I went to the bathroom and had a really good vibe.
