Chungchun Rice Hotdog Aurora

So disappointing. This is the second time I ordered the mango bingsu. First time had I found it too sweet, second time they failed to add ANY mango at all! Be aware it takes a long time to prepare this dessert. Second time over 20mins. It would’ve been nice if they told us the wait time before we ordered.

I had to leave a review as I left disappointed. I know it’s just food so it’s not that big of a deal lol but just had to share. I ordered the “gamsung potato” and “add cheese.” I was just told ok. As my daughter is eating, there was no hot dog. We thought maybe it’s “half” (as mine only had half a hot dog which is so odd but besides the point) but as we checked, no hot dog. I brought it to the lady’s attention and she said no you said to “add cheese” so it doesn’t come with a hot dog 💀 I asked if we can get it with hot dog and she actually said no. I never left somewhere so fast and will never return. And no I don’t want to be contacted if the owner is reading this. But I had to give 1 star simply for that poor service. Why couldn’t it be re-made if there was miscommunication? Very odd and greedy people.

Food was a good experience if you’ve never had something like that before but we got the cheese and chicken combo and it’s not the hotdog and cheese side by side like the picture. It’s half the corn dog with cheese and the second half has half a hotdog!
I wouldn’t go back again because the prices are high also!

$10 for 8 or 9 pieces of rice cakes and few slices of cabbage. That's it~ I used to buy it and they had fish cake including. The picture shows that there are fish cakes and the staff said the picture just for display and there is a sentence said that. Wow! What are service!

They don't treat customers well and they are not clean.

Food and prices are amazing

Tasty Korean hot dog with a large selection of toppings and sauces to choose from.
The lady is also nice and friendly as well.
Best of all, there are typically no lines up unlike the North York location.

This was a good place and I always stop here to get movie snack since the theatre is right next door. The food is always good and the people who take my order are nice. 10/10

I ordered from uberEats, forgot to add my topping call them and they happily fixed it. Nice location, food taste good, amazing customer service.

Y'all, this place is so delicious. I've been here 3 times so far and every time is so consistent. I love the crispy mozzarella rice dog and the Mac & Cheese bites. The sauces give you so much variety it's a treat. The staff is friendly and the seating area is casual, I usually do take out.

Personally found the $16 large bingsu expensive for the portion and ingredients in it - red bean, cornflakes, some hardened pieces of rice cakes?! almond flakes and a ball of vanilla icecream. Also was initially wrongly charged $20, only after we asked they realised it was a mistake and refunded us the extra we paid.
