Employees are very unkind,rude,no manners and impolite. I went to store to pick up drinks. Young man passed me a bag not nicely which include 2 drinks. One of them fell down on floor and broken. I told him pass me bag nicely next time but he didn't accepted my advice. I complained to him his attitude. He sweared to me.
Very kind and fast service! As I ask a favor they just help me without a problem!

Bought 4 drinks online for take out, upon arrival, we were told that there's an extra charge for a paper tray. So how do you expect me to carry 4 drinks out all by myself?

Worst experience I have ever had at a bubble tea place the front of counter guy was extremely rude and unprofessional as all I did was simply ask if I could slush a drink and add bubbles too it and we came 2 hours away just to try it out completely disappointed never again if I could give it 0 stars I would order #23

Always great bubble tea. Customer service however, greatly lacking. They wouldn't offer an alternative when one of the items ordered through Uber eats were OOS. They insisted we paid full price even when they could bypass Uber eats's cut as we were already in store. Had to walk out disappointed. You'd think they'd be nice enough to offer an alternative flavour. After all, most of the flavours are from powder packs.
