Worst experience ever! Drinks taste like water and the service sucks. I ask for exchange but got refused. Never come back again. If you don’t want to waste your money don’t come here!

They are not nice at all, they did my order wrong but when I asked them to change it they said we can't change anything and they told me to order again and pay fully for something that wasn't my fault.

I have been here 3 times with my friends and all 3 times they got my order wrong and they won’t compensate me

This location is very profit oriented. If they do not make the drink correctly or if you are trying to redeem your reward points. They will either make you drive all the way back to the location or cancel your order. Go to another location if you can

Good tasting drink even at 50% sugar. Not a fan of the up sell pressure.

I like this place a lot. The drinks are amazing but the staff could definitely be a little nicer. There's no need to be hostile for no reason.

Order online in advance about 10 minutes ago and when I got there the staff even hasn’t prepared yet. I wait there quietly and I saw they prepared the drink for the other people who came after me. I was really disappointed at that time already and I went to the counter to ask the staff if they started to prepare my drink and she just realized she didn’t even check the order so she just pretended to take the order to make the drink, but eventually she still prepared the drink for other people who CAME AFTER ME, and finally when I got my drink they didn’t even apologize to me just pretend nothing happened! It was the worst experience and feeling I had ever. Won’t go this store at this location again. You should train your staff better!

Very poor customer service I called to make a order through the phone and got told to call back in 5 minutes because they had a customer in store. Very disappointed.

The workers were super flexible! And the area was well kept.

Just bought 3 mango smoothies and they taste HORRIBLE, rotten. I called the store to let them know and they are saying I'm the only person complaining, so i beed to wait for them to get a hold of a Manager and they close shortly. Totally negating the fact I have a spoiled product regardless of previous or future customers. They said they need to call their manager and call me back, still nothing and I have 3 rotten drinks! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and no accountability for their product! We the customer have to suck it up! Really bad experience, go there with caution!

Very slow service. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. The workers weren’t pleasant to deal with.

I ordered lychee iced tea, with sago and pearls

Ur staff forgot to add sago and pearls

I called back after that, they said I can either go back and they will add both to my drink or they will refund $1.20

So, if I needed to go back, I would have to drive 30 mins from my house to that location, and secondly, if I didnt wanna go back then it’s my problem

Well, I have a video footage to prove that they forgot to add those items and I paid for it

Neither do I like to be treated like I was a beggar trying to scam ur drink, nor I don’t care about ur refund of $1.2 dollars.

I’m gonna post this to good review and make sure people know how u guys treat ur customer
