i had a really disappointing experience at this dairy queen location. the girl with the red hair and the excessive eye makeup who took our order was rude and dismissive, and it wasn’t just us. she showed the same attitude to the customers (a 10 year old kid!) behind us as well. when we gave our order, she even repeated it back in a mocking way.. on top of that, her EXTREMELY long nails are completely unsanitary for someone handling food. customer service and hygiene should be a top priority when working in food service, but that was clearly not the case here.

This DQ was an ol reliable of mine, I would come and get the same peanut butter blizzard everytime I’d visit, the staff are very friendly, I notice some of them are gone, meaning the turnover here must be insane, and quite frankly I see why, the manager is a lunatic, I was sitting inside enjoying my amazing peanut butter blizzard when I would witness the manager (An Asian woman) verbally attacking her staff, it was an unpleasant sight to see and I see why all these amazing staff members are quitting or getting fired, and I tend to notice it’s the best ones that don’t stay around for long. I’m honestly ashamed, disappointed and astonished at what I have witnessed in this establishment. Was I on the verge of tears? No, but I might as well have been. That woman needs to be stripped of her title as manager and exiled from this store as soon as possible.

this dairy was one of the worst location i have ever been to in my entire life. The lady manager was beyond anything i’ve seen before and so rude to the employees. Rolling her eyes and continuously and clearly favouriting one employee over the other. Yelling and making the whole experience horrible. If you truly care about staff and the mental health of these young adults please go to a different location.

Worst experience ever! Came in for a treat but left disappointed. The manager was extremely rude to the employees right in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch and totally unprofessional. These young workers were doing their best during a busy time, yet the manager seemed more focused on belittling them than offering support. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in front of an audience. It made the whole experience unpleasant and I felt bad for the staff who were clearly just trying to do their jobs. I hope this location takes customer feedback seriously and addresses how management communicates with employees. A respectful workplace matters—not just for staff morale, but also for the customer experience.

I went in during a rush. They gave me a number and told me to wait for my order. They called my number but it wasn’t the size I asked for but it was the correct flavour. I figured oh well things happen. After waiting for my friends order they called the same number. I told them that they had already called my number and instead they started getting mad at me for taking the wrong blizzard. I proceeded to tell them to give my order to my friend since I already paid. They refused to give it to her and proceeded to get mad at me. I left upset because of all small mistake on their end. I JUST WANTED ICE CREAM!!!!! There was no need to be rude especially when I gave an easy solution to a small mistake.

Came in for ice cream after a long day at work. The second we walked in, the atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming, and the person taking our order was awful (red hair). They were very cold and rude with their answers, and talked to us in a very derogatory manner. Not satisfied at all! We appreciate the other two staff working being polite, but this staff members attitude made this a terrible experience 👎

We waited for someone to come help us - there was a female staff member on her phone clearly on her break - I just asked her to see if we could get some help and she got super defensive on us and wouldn't try to see if anyone could help us. Terrible customer service and attitude from this particular person.

This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. The staff themselves were polite and did their best, but the female manager completely ruined the visit. She was unbelievably rude — not just to me as a customer, but to her own employees right in front of everyone. She was loud, disrespectful, and created an atmosphere so tense and toxic, it was hard to enjoy anything. Her behavior was degrading and totally unprofessional, almost like she gets a kick out of belittling people. I genuinely felt bad for the workers who had to put up with her — no one deserves to be treated like that. This location seriously needs to reconsider who they’re putting in charge. I will never come back as long as she’s there

Horrible place! Manager and cashier so so rude!!!! Absolutely not professional costumer service!! Today March 20 , 2025 , they give free ice cream, and daughter 7 years old came there, and they Rude staff included the rude manager- don’t give my daughter ice cream!!! Of course I bought her ice cream, but she was came there for these free cone ice cream…. She was crying, she was so upset!!!! 💯 not recommended this rude place! And I hope they will be closed soon!!! I wish !!!
