I have been a customer of Dana Kabob for almost 3 years. The food and service have always been great. Especially under the new management, they work very hard to ensure excellent service and to meet customer expectations.
Here are a few highlights of Dana Kabob:
* The quality and portion sizes are among the best compared to other Persian restaurants. * They are very patient with custom orders. * I highly recommend asking for tahdig when you order. * For parties or gatherings, they also offer delivery and provide food warmers. * The receptionists, Ms. Hedyaieh and Mr. Mehdi, are very kind and always strive to deliver great service to customers.
I highly recommend Dana Kabob. I also believe that some of the negative reviews could benefit from more context or, ideally, should be preceded by informing the owner first. If no appropriate response is received, then a public review may be more fair.

I am one of your loyal customers and have always appreciated the quality of your food. However, I was disappointed with my takeout order today. The kebab didn’t seem fresh, and it lacked the quality I’ve come to expect from your restaurant.
I was starving and looking forward to a fantastic meal, but unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet my expectations. I’m not sure what went wrong, but I’d appreciate an explanation and reassurance that this won’t happen again.
