Made an online order, got there and they said they did not receive order. Food was ready 30 mins after it was supposed to be ready. After checking to make sure the whole order was there, a bubble tea was missing. Staff tried to say multiple times it was not on the order but then after stated they did not have the materials to make it. Avocados were not ripe in rolls.

100% recommended! The best Japaneese food ( especially sushi) you can get around. my family from Stratford and Birmingham comes to Redditch just for their sushi. It's always fresh and great variety ( not just sad tuna or salmon rolls). Kids love the bubble teas, the hot pots are amazing. Plum wine and cocktails are also worth mentioning. Staff attentive and friendly - always ready to explain things, let the kids dress up in kimonos.

Went inside to place an order, couldn’t even finish looking through the menu and had to leave the place stinks of cigarette smoke, felt like I was inside a hot box. Questionable clean sense of the place or who makes food. 🤢

The bubble tea and service was great, however do not order their poke bowls. The fish tasted stale and fishy, there was kale and red peppers in it (??) and the rice wasn’t sushi rice. Their teriyaki bowls and other noodles are probably good, just stay away from their fish.

They were upset they got the order wrong, they ripped the recipet off the paper bag when they couldnt correct the mistake. Not very competent. Asked for noodles, got rice, had no other orders on the go so unsure why the mistake and attitude.usually not a bad spot

Tried the bubble tea from Edo Japan and was pleasantly surprised! The tea was smooth and refreshing, with just the right level of sweetness. The tapioca pearls were chewy and fresh—not too hard or mushy. A great little treat to go with a meal. Definitely worth a try if you're a bubble tea fan. Also, The staff was attentive, polite, and efficient. Everything was handled smoothly and in a timely manner.
