We had the most wonderful dining experience at the Fishbone Kitchen + Bar-Aurora. With a brief overnight stay in Aurora as we passed through town, we had read the reviews and menu and decided to check it out. It didn't disappoint. Our server Sarah was an absolute professional. Fishbone Kitchen in Aurora is one of our fave dining destinations. It's quickly become a monthly destination for celebrations and catch-ups. The menu is both elevated and accessible and the execution of each dish is consistently excellent! The front-of-house staff are warm, attentive, knowledgeable and skilfully deliver a comfortable fine dining experience. Finally, don't judge a book by its cover!
