Update: I wrote the initial review while dining in at this restaurant and I didn't feel good about writing a negative review without talking to the staff first, so I tried to talk to them about it and I mentioned that I was not happy with their service. Their response 'Oh Okay' and then walked back into the back, no followup about what was wrong, or cleaning the tables after I mentioned that they were dirty.

I don't think this was intentional, I believe it was just poor training provided to the young employee working at the moment.

Too bad I can't go lower than 1 star for service.

Terrible service. The person behind the counter was busy on their phone and didn't really have time to take the order properly, seemed like they just wanted to get rid of me as a customer.

Once the order was ready, the server just called out on the counter and yelled it out in the most disinterested tone they could muster. Even Tim Horton's and McDonald's staff show more courtesy to their customers during their busiest hours. I expected a little better from this place. Yes, I am not entitled to a smile or anything like that, but I expect the staff to at least pay attention when taking the order. I should not feel like I am interrupting them from something important by asking a couple of questions about the ingredients and the options I may have to avoid consuming potential allergen that can cause an adverse reaction.

While there were not many customers, and none waiting to order, all tables had food crumbs on them and hadn't been cleaned.

It's summer and they can't make any of the smoothies on their menu, perhaps only an issue on the day I visited, but call ahead to confirm if you are planning to order one.

Avoid this place, there are few other options nearby.

The food taste great but I found a hair in my burrito and had to put it in the garbage it was a waste of my money at the Aurora location such a disappointment

Although I love this franchise and its healthy ideas, I should say this location is not clean enough. Flies were flying around our table and dine in and kitchen wasn’t clean. Premises has to be cleaned thoroughly daily (at least).

I have to add 21$ for a soup seems very expensive.

Nessa is awesome. From the moment we walked in her service was so patient and kind. She had Uber , us, another customer. She acknowledged everyone and made everyone feel welcomed even though she was alone. Great job Nessa!!!

This is the most unclean Freshi I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in the place has a stench. The staff weren’t using gloves when they made my food. And it just feels unclean. I recently learned the owner is trying to sell this place, which may explain why she no longer cares. Instead, we started going to the freshi at Davis / 404, years high is way more clean and hygienic.

Ordered two bowls at the counter, brought them home 30min away, and both orders were wrong. One bowl had no protein, and the other bowl had the wrong one. Terrible customer service when I called to rectify the order.

Awkward and subpar first visit to this location. Tried to order a smoothie with my 500 Freshii points on the app. The guy told me it’s “app only”. I asked if he could scan my app. He said he didn’t know. I said can I just order it on my app and then he gets the order? He said he didn’t know. It was so awkward. I ordered and the receipt popped up and he made it. He seemed sleepy or high. They also were out of a ton of ingredients. Their employees seem completely disengaged and this franchisee is obviously cutting corners. Best part? After handling cash he handed me a straw (no wrapping) with his bare hands.

I ordered Freshii through uber eats. I ordered a wrap and a medium sized smoothie. What I got was a medium sized smoothie but the content of the cup was small. Not sure what happened there.
