Today, my family and I had a disappointing experience with my purchase regarding service, price, and quality.

The quality is poor, and the customer service is terrible. It's also very expensive. I do not recommend this at all.

I had the terrible experience with this bakery. I ordered a cup cake for my daughter and sent them a photo but they did not even care what was my order look like and even when I complain they said your daughter will forget about this mistake couple of days after her birthday even we made a mistake and upset her. They do not care about their customer and their customer service is zero. And of-course their pricing is high compare to their service.
I definitely will not use them anymore and I will not even refer them to anybody

I ordered a custom standard 6” Disney theme cake with 6 gluten free cupcakes. Amanda was very helpful over email and phone, working with me to design the exact cake I wanted. Lots of good options for flavours and buttercream (I got the pumpkin spice and coffee flavour buttercream). I loved how it turned out and all my guests loved it too! Would definitely do custom orders with them again. 💗

I love Ginger’s! I have always enjoyed their squares and cupcakes but this is the first time I ordered a custom cake. They were so accommodating, quick to reply to email and most importantly - the custom cake was PERFECTION! It was the cutest thing and they honoured everything I had requested for the cake. So professional and delicious! You might find things here to be slightly pricier, but I promise you, it is totally worth it! Their baked goods are beyond incredible!! Will definitely be back for the next birthday party! Thank you for everything!

I have been coming to Ginger’s for roughly ten years and I have never had such amazing sweets anywhere else. This is genuinely the best bakery I have ever eaten at before, and I have tried bakeries in Paris and New York. Ginger’s is on a different level. Truly life changing.

This place rocks I cannot believe the generosity of Ginger’s my special needs sons camp visited this location today all of them with 5.00 to spend. The staff covered the cost of anything they spent over and above the money they had . This is truly a place deserving of anyone’s business ❤️
