I visited this location today and was very disappointed. While most staff was busy working the female manager with glasses on who put the toppings on burgers was too busy on her cellphone to pay attention to what she was doing. Very unprofessional!!
I order a orginal burger combo ... There were no fries and the buger looked like ut been thru the ringer. No straw or napkins either. Worst Harvey's order I've ever received. I shouldn't refunded the entire amount not just the fries.

Seriously worse Harvey's ever, other Harvey r cool but this place is awful. If they don't like you they will spit in your food and it takes forever to get your actual order only for it to come cold. god forbid you order uber eats from this place

This store deserves 0 stars. I walked in and the first thing I saw was a customer upset that she was waiting 30min for her food. When she got to making my food, no overall care was shown when making my order. She was looking and talking to someone while making my food which causes her to pour ingredients on the wrapper sheet. Its like shes in an assembly line and gives the least amount of effort. I went in oct 2 at 8:06. Management of harvey pls retrain ur employees.

Can't believe they haven't fixed how unorganized and useless the staff are after 4 years.
It took THREE employees to try and close a wrap. How pathetic. The manager on duty was a ditz and should be fired.
Hire people who know how to make fast food, it's honestly not that hard.
