Great bakery in town especially its my first time here i had there lemon coconut squares there are really good and the desserts so many to choose from nice but I was really disappointed not to see my Boston cream pie and the Napolian squares I thought they had it for sure ?

Amazing place. Great baked goods. Love the cakes. The coconut lemon square is fantastic as well. The service is par excellence. I had called 10 mins to close to pick up a few cup cakes. When I reached around closing time I did not feel rushed. Alessia is just fabulous. She really embodies great service qualities. She is just phenomenal! Give her a raise!

Very impressed, impeccable cakes!I was shopping around for a birthday cake for my boyfriend’s birthday, and I decided to go a few days ahead of time and test out some of their cupcakes to get an idea of the quality of their cakes .I didn’t think I had enough time to custom order a cake because they need about a weeks notice but when I spoke to the staff there, they said they could probably get something done for Friday, with just 3 days notice. But honestly, the counter cakes looked so good. I didn’t think it was necessary to put in a custom order.The chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were the best I ever had. I’m not even a fan of chocolate cupcakes or chocolate icing, but they made me a fan! I also went back in for one of their mini carrot cakes. It’s about the size of a muffin, and that was delicious too incredibly flavourful very moist with the perfect crumb.I went back on Friday morning to pick up the devil’s food cake which was chocolate cake with a raspberry buttercream filling, and a chocolate mousse icing and everybody loved it!! The cake was so fresh so incredibly moist. I will definitely be back for another cake for my next occasion! Kind of want to try them all.I also had picked up one of their baguettes and a couple of scones. Oh, and their pull apart, cheesy bread, which was to die for!! everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. You can tell a lot of love goes into this baking.Thanks Hearst for your perfect cakes and your wonderful treats. I can’t wait to come back! Wonderful staff, great service and high quality amazing products.

I've been their customer for a few year. My recent purchase found the baked goods flavor are going down. Scones tasted with no butter. flavour. Banana Bread had no Banana flavour and under baked.I called to reflect my opinion but found out they didn't want to value regular customer's input.Time to go find myself another bakery...
