We had pasta and pizza, the food is delicious . Service was not great, when we ask sth , it takes time to provide that, that night was not busy .

I had a reservation for my son's birthday but they didn't even call me that they had water issues. We went there and saw the note on the door that they're closed...No need to mention my son was soo disappointed we had to leave literally from the parking lot.
I'd imagine even if they had some sort of problems (water, hydro, etc.), they should've at least called me!
Service was not good. We had to ask for for everything. Waiter was very abrupt and not personable. Ceasar salad was tasteless and dry. Main course was good although had to ask to get pepper and parmesan. Cheesecake was like pudding as it wasn't set. A bit disappointing as this place had been recommended. Only saving grace was the pasta was tasty.

addressed issue with our orders and it was ignored, the veal meat tasted old. If you're planning a dinner - stick with the pizza menu...

went to this place excited and looking forward to the food. I went with my husband, we got seated, and waited for the waitress. When she finally came, I placed my order. She asked if I had ordered the tiramisu, and I said no, these are my orders. Her rude reply: “You don’t need to repeat yourself twice. I understood.”
That was enough for me. I didn’t even bother trying the food. I got up and left because I don’t give my money to a place where I’m not respected. From what I’ve read in other reviews, this isn’t just me — the customer service here is awful.
The only thing this restaurant has going for it is the location and the view. The food might be good, I don’t know, because I never got that far. But the service? Horrible. The waitress was disgusting, and so was the manager. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful food, pizza and environment. The staff are friendly. It’s a nice place to go for a date or for a family get together. I really like the pizzas made in the special brick oven they have. The rest of the food was excellent too.

It's just ok. Not authentic Italian.
What they passed off as focaccia was a very thin crust round pizza with oil. The bruschetta was also a thin pizza with sliced tomatoes covering it.
Ravioli was good though.

I went to dine here for Mother’s Day with the family, and it turned to be the best decision I’ve made. They have great Margherita Pizza and Spaghetti Bolognese, and at the end of it all, a very nice Tartufo Ice Cream. Nothing chaotic about the interior, it was perfectly mellow! Excellent service by William!

Just had dinner at Joia for the first time and can say it was amazing. We had a party of 8 and all meals were absolutely delicious. We had quite a variety but wanted to try it all :) Everything was fresh, hot and presented well.
Great service from Kai who was friendly and so knowledgeable about the menu. A server can make all the difference in your dining experience.
Will be back for sure. The only negative I can say is we haven't been here sooner and we dove into the food so quick we forgot to take pictures.

Note: this was Valentines Day - Unfortunately we left after appetizers due to the low quality of service and food.
Service started off poorly, with no drink menus at the tables. When we asked the server about this he stated “order whatever from the bar, or do you want a wine list?”
The server eventually came over with a very ratty binder, throwing it on the table and immediately leaving.
The calamari was overcooked, under seasoned and chewy, and the bruschetta was served with a lake of olive oil, raw jarred garlic and whole slices of wet tomato.
After being so dissatisfied with the appetizers we asked to cancel our entrees and pay and leave - the server abruptly grabbed the plates from in front of us, tried to guilt us into staying by saying “the kitchen is already cooking it”
When the server arrived with the cheque, he rudely commented “sorry for whatever was wrong”, when I did not engage this comment the sever finally asked what the problem was .
When I stated my concern about the food the server shrugged them off not at all addressing our issues with the food.
If this was a sports bar, I would not be leaving this review. But for the price point, I fail to see what Joia has to offer.
At no point did the server ask what could be done to rectify our visit. Unfortunately we did have to pay for the bad food as well.
