A friend and I were at the Kelsey’s original Roadhouse in Aurora. Our server, Emma, was amazing. Friendly, and so helpful. We were impressed with her. We will come back.

My recent visit to Kelsey's Aurora branch left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While the happy hour menu prominently advertised cocktails for $5.50 CAD, I was shocked to find that my bill reflected regular pricing. When I reached out to the staff to inquire about this discrepancy, I was simply told that margaritas were not included in the happy hour menu, despite the menu's vague mention of "cocktails."Regrettably, based on this experience, I have no plans to return to Kelsey's and cannot in good conscience recommend it to others. I hope that Kelsey's will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their communication and customer service in the future.

Good Hot food. Large pieces of fish in the salt & vinegar fish and chips (many other stores have embraced shrinkflation). Fries were kinda bland. Chicken fried chicken was really good too!
We went out for a family dinner and we had a great time. The food was good. The atmosphere was great. The service from Drew was excellent. Will come again for sure!
