Absolutely terrible long wait times the people back there have no clue what they’re doing. Constantly missing items after multiple repeated easy instructions to follow it’s not that hard.

Diego and Luca are the friendliest, sweetest staff members I've ever had the pleasure of having encountered at a McDonald's drive thru! The service and the food was excellent!

Order took over 12 minutes to be ready. I observed drive-thru and restaurant not being very busy.

When order was given, the supervisor almost forgot to give me the milk that came with the happy meal.

Sweet and sour sauce was missing from the order. I had to specially ask for it afterward which was a huge inconvenience as I was with my 3-year-old nephew.

I asked for no salt on the fries. I tasted salt. It was not done properly based on past experiences.

Spilled drink near garbage area. I had to remind employees to clean it twice. They forgot to clean it. Posed a safety risk to the 3-year-old toddler. It wasn't a priority for them to clean until I reminded the supervisor a 2nd time.

Couldn't use bathroom to wash my hands due to plumbing issue.

Red leather-like seating surfaces throughout the restaurant were destroyed. Big chunks of foam missing and my 3-year-old nephew kept pointing and asking what is this?...

From what I notice, management at this location has gone downhill significantly.

Another concern, employees tend to ignore customers inside the restaurant because they pay more attention to the drive-thru. Drive-thru wasn't busy so that is strange why.

McDonald's was known in the distant past as being a place for toddlers and also a place that did well in a fast paced environment. Today's experience was nothing what McDonald's brand is historically known for. Worst experience so far at this Aurora location.

McDonald's used to be one of those places you can go with family and enjoy. Within the last 9 years I've lived here this McDonald's can never get things right. You order on the app items are missing they don't care to make up for it, Nor advise you , I don't get refunded, please do better.

The washrooms were in very poor condition. They were not cleaned properly, with a noticeable smell and lack of basic hygiene. Supplies such as soap and tissues were either missing or not replenished. A place like this should prioritize cleanliness, especially in restrooms, as it leaves a very negative impression.

Worse mc donald ever!!! I bought 6 ice creams and i only wanted to purchase 1 cone on a side itself without ice cream in it for my 1 year old but they make me paid $2.5 for a cone itself!!! Staff attitude was bad. Dont to this location

Every time I visit this local McDonald's, I regret it. Each time, I hope they might improve, but it only seems to get worse. I’ve waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes to place an order, even when I was the only car in line. On several occasions, they’ve failed to include the correct items in my bag, forcing me to return to the store to fix their mistakes. The staff seem disinterested in their work, and not only do they not care about providing good service, but some are also outright rude, even when it’s their mistake.
