Tried to make an order around 9:30, milkshake machine is out of order? It's wintertime guys, the only way your machines can go out of order is in the summer when they're overtaxed.

I think you guys should just shut down the overnight cuz I think all the employees are sleepy while making the order. I have done uber eats twice from this store. Last time, no ketchups, no napkins and the patty was so hard… but I ignored, I literally had to threw my Mcveggie. I was excited to try it for the first time but got extremely disappointed. This time, No straw for our milkshake. How am I suppose to drink my milkshake? Overnight please do better for the people who r paying. For me, I’m done ordering from this store.👎🏼

I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s. Several times, the Happy Meal came without the toy, which should be a basic part of the order. And today, my Quarter Pounder came with zero lettuce, even though I didn’t request any changes.

Very poorly kept restaurant. Place has debris all over. Tables not cleaned. Fries on the floor. Overflowing garbage. Used to be a good place. Seems to have taken a turn for the worse.

I do not frequently dine at McDonald's. I was interested in sampling the new crispy chicken pickle sandwich. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I placed my order until I received it, I was asked to advance and await my order. After a period of 15 minutes, my order was presented to me on three separate occasions. Ultimately, the third attempt proved to be correct. The bun was dry and appeared to be over-toasted, the chicken was cold, there were very few pickles, next to no lettuce (wilted-brown) and very little sauce was included. Based on local reports, this particular location has a rather poor reputation. Please refer to the accompanying photograph; the red arrow highlights a single crispy pickle. The order also included two Jr Crispy McChicken wraps, which were unfortunately cold and dry with very little sauce. We also received one large and one extra-large fry, both of which were cold and greasy. Additionally, there was a small and a medium iced tea. Regrettably, I do not have a receipt or order number as one was not provided in the bag, preventing me from posting a photo. I attempted to contact this location twice by phone, but there was no answer, and I was unable to leave a message. If management happens to read this review, I would be grateful for a contact number for the owner of this establishment, as they should be made aware of the current operational standards. The experience was unsatisfactory and, in my opinion, unacceptable for their customers.

I was beyond impressed by the genuine effort of the staff to be kind and friendly with the customers at this location. As I was eating my meal I was listening to the manager Nicole dealing with this older gentleman and she was beyond kind and patient with him. Yum-Jon took my order she was unbelievable fast and super friendly even though I was using a coupon through the app and my coffee order was very challenging. Meal prep was done very quickly and it was hot and fresh. Atefen, Katerina and Michelle deserve to be mentioned as well as they complete an EXCELLENT crew. Great job team!

Walk in was slow just to get a coffee The restaurant was extremely unclean The men’s was room is unclean. I come here frequently the drive through service is excellent The hand dryers were not working in the men’s washroom
