I went to this store on Dec 30th, 2025.

The service is significantly SLOW, the staff at the front kept chatting with a “regular” customer and did nothing. There are at least 4 orders awaiting to be prepared, instead of prepare and chat at the same time, the staff ignore the orders for a significant long time. I took me almost 30 minutes to have my two combos ready, all my burgers are sitting there awaiting this client to pack.

I am very disappointed at this experience. Please training your staff with some basic work ethic.

Stood for over 20 minutes waiting for a coffee. Employee erased it off the board and never made it. Asked for a refund and not even an apology. McDonalds doesn’t deserve to have our business

This location must be skewing the order timer system as every order comes in they clear it. I don't think their KDS has been working for years.
I come for coffee in the morning often but have changed locations as they are just too slow. Last time I waited 20 minutes for a black coffee. I try to avoid this location as much as possible but it's only convenient because it's in the Walmart.
Food is normal, they can't go wrong there or they'd have a 1 star from me.

The customer service is terrible.
The waiting time is too long more than 35 mins for simple breakfast combo.
The environment is not clean either.
This MacDonald place has to carry out rectification of the problems.

Super slow even when not busy

I stopped to get a coffee here on Sunday morning. While I was waiting for my coffee I noticed there was a fly in the muffin display. So I notified the staff and she just swat the fly away and placed the same muffins back in the display. I hope people are not buying the baked goods this week as it might not be the most hygienic choice. Stay safe people!!!

ordered a filet o fish and they gave me something totally random... no cheese no tartar and the fish was on a bed of lettuce wtf

I ordered a kids meal with a drink and NO toy. It was after lunch and not busy. When they called my number I assumed they had completed the order. By the time I realized I was without my drink I was at my car. If I had walked back, got my drink and then walked back to my car, my lunch would have been stone cold. Finally, I opened the meal and right on the top was the toy I didn't ask for.
