Whenever I’ve ordered chicken (junior or crispy) here, it’s been extremely cold and tasted stale. The soda had no fizz, and there wasn’t even any ice. It’s surprising how consistently low the quality is.

Hello!I hope management will read this review.Today June 21,2024 afternoon I had very bad experience with MCdonald in Autora Walmart.I ordered ice cream and staff did it in unsafe untihygenyc way. The lady put ice cream all over the cup and then clean it with her hand without gloves.Before that I saw she opened waste and did not wash her hands,and then she said that it is normally to clean the cup with her own hands (with thousands of bacterias).Plus the stuff was super uncleaned and kitchen as well.But the dining area was without womens, it was never cleaned that day.Management please pay attention,it should not be like this if it is related to food.!!!!

Omg , worst experience ever.I ordered a double fish filet specified to my liking and when I got it I checked to see if it was done correctly, which it wasn't- ok np so I asked for extra pickles as there was only 3 on it. So the manager went and grabbed pickles with bare hands and walked over to me with pickles dripping juice all over the counter and wanted to plop them on my fish. I was horrified that not only she did not have gloves on , but did not put pickles in a cup to give me. I freaked and she said that was their policy. I refused the pickles being served to me with bare hands and when I looked at the other staff at the back making food, nobody was wearing gloves when preparing food. My daughter who was with me witnessing this dilemma started to cuss the manager off for being dirty and not running the franchise properly. I'm following up with a report to public health. Shame on you McDonalds for not training staff properly. So please anyone going to McDonald's at the Walmart in Aurora at 404 , beware of their nasty practices and unsafe handling of food.
