We went with MM bake shop for our wedding cake and we were so glad we did! We discussed ideas on the first meeting and they were very clear and helpful in discussing what would and wouldn’t work well from their professional experience. We went with a 3 tier sponge cake with buttercream and buttercream decorations. The sponge cake was the best we tried in terms of texture and flavor, and held up very nicely. The buttercream tasted amazing and looked beautiful. It was as smooth looking as fondant but tasted great! The flowers cascading down the cake were each made using buttercream, such talent!Excellent work! Thank you!We also had the opportunity to try some pastries during our visits and they were fabulous. Would highly recommend!
I rarely buy cakes or desserts as I'm a baker but finally I found this INCREDIBLE gem! Tastes like home made, you can taste the quality in every bite plus amazing service (they always welcome you with a smile). Highly recommended ?
